CONDITIONS, MEDTRONIC, INC., MEDTRONIC VASCULAR, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, (COLLECTIVELY "MEDTRONIC") HAVE NO CONTROL OVER
THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS USED. THE WARNINGS CONTAINED IN THE PRODUCT LABELING PROVIDE MORE DETAILED INFORMATION AND
