1 Pass stop s w i t c h lead wire and switch handle wire along the
lower side of the right handlebar D o not allow too m u c h
clearance b e t w e e n each lead and handlebar
2 C l a m p clutch wire with band
3. Throttle wire. brake wire and clutch wire should be positioned
closer to frame than wire harness lead wire. in order of throttle
wire. brake wire and clutch wire from frame
4 Front flasher light lead wires
Pass along fork. allowing no slack. and clip by bending clip at-
tached to top of lamp stay Perform the same for*both right
and left flasher lights
5 Lead wires to be threaded through headlight body hole

0 Handle switch lead wires (2)
From left lever holder
0 M a i n switch lead wire
0 S p e e d o m e t e r lead wire
0 Tachometer lead wire
0 Right front flasher light lead wire
6 Clutch wire and wire harness should be positioned as close to
frame as possible
7 Set the gap b e t w e e n wire clip and wire cylinder cap to 0 . 0 3 9
in, ( 1 0 mm.) C h a n g e s in the gap c a u s e d by m a c h i n e
vibrations will be allowed
8 Pass throttle wires (2) and p u m p wire. and clutch wire through
between right and left high tension cords
9 Pass lead wires (2) together along the lower side of the left
handlebar D o not allow too much clearance b e t w e e n each
lead wire and handlebar.
10. After connecting taillight lead wires, keep them together
1 1 Oil tank breather pipe
Pass b e t w e e n rear arm cross member and rear part of engine
bracket. and extend outside the brake pedal
12 Wire harness extending to d y n a m o
Bring it d o w n w a r d from top of battery box. and pass along
m a m pipe.
13 Level pipe should be p a s s e d under all wires and cords a n d in-
serted into fuel tank. Don't let it slack too m u c h
14 Pass the fuel pipe (for right carburetor) behind left carburetor
throttle wire
15 Stop switch lead wire.
16 Pass clutch wire and lead wires (2) before handle c r o w n and
behind speedometer. A t the same time. the t w o lead wires
should be positioned outside of clutch wire
17. C l a m p lead wires (2) with band
18 Brake wire and lead wires (2) should be passed before handle
c r o w n and behind tachometer The t w o lead wires should be
outside of brake wire.
19. C l a m p lead wires (2) with band.
2 0 After connecting lead wires. keep them together
21 Hook wire harness

Connect to rear flasher light lead wire in the center of reak
fender
2 3 Extend oil tank breather pipe d o w n w a r d
2 4 Ground
2 5 Pass clutch wire under coil bracket. and pass over t h r o t t l i
wires (2) and p u m p wire
2 6 C l a m p wire harness with band (at two places)
2 7 P u m p wire should be at least 15 m m off cylinder fms
2 8 C l a m p tachometer cable
2 9 Wire harness and tachometer cable should be so installed a i
not to contact shaft damper clip.
3 0 After threading speedometer cable and brake wire. clamp b t
bending wire guide inward D o the same for both right and
left sides.
31 After threading throttle wire. bend wire guide against heac)
pipe
1. Faire courir les fils du contacteur stop et du commutateur sur gui-
don sous la partie droite du guidon. Ne pas laisser trop de jeu en|-
tre ces fils ct le guidon.
2. Fixer le cäble d'embrayage avec un collier.
3. Les cäbles d'accelerateur. de frein et d'embrayage doivent etrj
places plus pres du cadre que les fils du faisceau electrique. ave :
dans Fordre de proximite du cadre le cäble d'accelerateur. le cäbl I
de frein ct le cäble d'embrayage.
4. Fils des clignoteurs avant:
Les faire passer le long de la fourche sans leur laisser le moindr
jeu. et les fixer en repliant l'attache prevue au sommet du suppor
de phare. Faire de meme pour les clignoteurs avant droit et gau
che.
5. Fils ä passer dans l'ouverture du boitier de phare:
• Fil de contacteur stop _
