A . Description
1. The shift mechanism is the ratcheting type with
first gear located at the bottom of the shift
pattern. Neutral is situated halfway between first
and second gears.
2. When the pedal is raised or depressed, the
movement is transferred to the change shaft.
3. A s the change shaft rotates. the ratchet arm on
the change shaft pushes or pulls one of the gear
shift pins attached to the gear shift cam; turning
it. A total of five pins are installed on the cam,
providing a total of five positive gear positions.
A . Description
1. Le mecanisme du selecteur de vitesse est du type ä
röchet. L a premiere vitesse correspond au bas de la
course de la pedale. Le point mort se trouve ä mi-
chemin entre la premiere et la seconde.
2. Lorsque la pedale est relevee ou abaissee, son mou-
vement est transmis ä Taxe du selecteur.
3. Lorsque Taxe du selecteur tourne, le cliquet monte
sur cet axe attire ou pousse Tun des ergots du barillet
de selecteur, auquel la rotation est ainsi communi-
quee. Le barillet porte en tout cinq ergots, corres-
pondant aux cinq vitesses.
A . Beschreibung
1. Die Gangschalteinrichtung ist eine Schaltklinken-
ausführung, bei der sich der erste Gang in der
Schaltanordnung unten befindet. Die Leerlauf-
stellung liegt in der Mitte zwischen dem ersten
und zweiten Gang.
2. Wenn der Gangschalthebel hochgezogen oder
niedergedrückt wird, findet eine Übertragung der
Bewegung auf die Gangschaltwelle statt
3. Wenn sich die Gangschaltwelle dreht, stößt oder
zieht die Schaltklinke einen der Gangschaltstifte
des Gangschaltmitnehmers, wodurch dieser ge-
dreht wird. A n dem Mitnehmer sind insgesamt
fünf Stifte vorhanden, die fünf positive Gang-
schaltstellungen ergeben.
