Für die Registrierung des navigierten
DRILLCUT-X II N wird die Spitze des Shaver-
®
Ansatzes – je nach Arretierung – auf die obere
oder untere Verifizierkerbe t am Patiententracker
gehalten.
1 HINWEIS: Die Patiententracker II
(40 8000 87) und Patiententracker III
(40 8000 88) beinhalten diese Verifizierkerbe
(siehe Abb. M). Beim Patiententracker I
(40 8000 86) muss der Saugrohr­
Verifizierungsadapter (40 80001 30) montiert
sein, um die Funktionalität zu gewährleisten
(siehe Abb. N).
Die Positionierung des DRILLCUT-X
der Registrierung nicht eingeschränkt. Stellen Sie
M N
lediglich sicher, dass zwischen Shavertracker und
Navigationskamera eine Sichtverbindung besteht.
Die Reflektorkugeln des Instrumententrackers
müssen zur Navigationskamera zeigen (siehe Abb.
O und P).
Es erscheint eine rote „Registrier-Uhr", die
zunehmend grün wird. Nach erfolgreicher
Registrierung ist ein Signal zu hören und die
Position des registrierten Ansatzes wird in der
Anzeige des KARL STORZ Navigationssystems
dargestellt. Der DRILLCUT-X ® II N kann nun
navigiert verwendet werden (siehe Abb. Q).

Vor der Navigation überprüfen Sie
anhand markanter Punkte am Patienten
(Knochenoberfläche o. ä.), ob die auf dem
Bildschirm angezeigte Position der Spitze des
Shaver-Ansatzes mit der realen Position am
Patienten übereinstimmt. Falls Abweichungen
festgestellt werden, darf das Instrument nicht
verwendet werden.

WARNUNG: Vergleichen sie die
Artikelnummer des Shaver­Ansatzes in der
Statusleiste am unteren Bildschirmrand
mit dem verwendeten Shaver­Ansatz.

For registration of the navigated DRILLCUT-X
the tip of the shaver attachment – depending
on the lock – is held on the upper and lower
verification indentation t

With the patient tracker I
(40 8000 86) the suction tube verification
adaptor (40 80001 30) must be fitted to
ensure functionality (see Fig. N).
The position of the DRILLCUT-X
restricted during registration. Simply ensure that
II N ist bei there is visual contact between the shaver tracker
®
and the navigation camera. The reflector balls of
the instrument tracker must face the navigation
camera (see Fig. O and P).
A red 'registration clock' appears which
increasingly turns green. Following successful
registration, a signal can be heard and the position
of the registered attachment is shown in the
KARL STORZ navigation system display. The
DRILLCUT-X II N can now be used for navigation
®
(see Fig. Q).
Prior to navigation, using the marked points on the
patient (bone surface, etc.), check that position of
the shaver attachment tip shown on the screen
corresponds to the real position on the patient. If
any deviations are detected, the instrument must
not be used.

Ограничения позиционирования
DRILLCUT-X ®
отсутствуют. Достаточно убедиться в наличии
визуального контакта между шейверным
трекером и навигационной камерой.
Отражательные шарики трекера инструмента
должны находиться на стороне, обращенной к
навигационной камере (см. рис. O и P).
Появляются красные часы регистрации,
которые постепенно приобретают зеленый
цвет. После успешной регистрации
подается звуковой сигнал, положение
зарегистрированной насадки отображается на
дисплее навигационной системы KARL STORZ.
После этого возможна навигация наконечника
DRILLCUT-X ®
Перед началом навигации убедитесь на
примере выделяющихся точек на теле пациента
(поверхность кости и т.п.), соответствует ли
показываемая на экране позиция кончика
шейверной насадки ее фактическому
расположению относительно пациента. При
обнаружении отклонений использование
инструмента запрещено.
