Verantwortlichkeit
Als Lieferant dieses Instrumentes betrach-
für die Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit
und Leistung des Instrumentes nur dann als
verantwortlich, wenn:

Garantie
Für die Dauer von zwei Jahren ab Übergabe an
den Endkunden leisten wir unentgeltlich Ersatz für
nachweisbar fehlerhaftes Material oder mangelhafte
Verarbeitung. Transportkosten und Versand-
risiko können dabei nicht übernommen werden.
Im übrigen gilt die in unseren Allgemei nen
Geschäfts bedingungen angege bene Gewährleistung.
Bitte die anhängende Garantiekarte auf der letzten
Seite ausfüllen und möglichst umgehend zurück-
schicken an:

Eigenmächtige Reparaturen und Änderungen
entbinden uns von jeglicher Haftung für die

Vorschriften/Gesetze sind zu beachten.

Limitation of liability
KARL STORZ GmbH & Co. KG shall be liable for
the failure or a deterioration in the safe operation,
operational reliability, and performance of this equip-
ment only subject to the conditions that all assem-
bly, operations, system expansions, readjustments,
modifications, or repairs to the same have been
performed by persons authorized by KARL STORZ,
and that the instrument has been used in accor-
dance with its operating instructions at all times.

Warranty
For a period of two years after delivery to the end-
user, we shall replace free of charge equipment
that can be proven to have defects in material or
workmanship. In doing so we cannot accept the
cost of transportation or the risk of shipment. The
warranty referred to in our Standard Conditions of
Business shall apply.

last page and return it as soon as possible to:

The performance of any repairs or modifications
to the equipment by unauthorized persons shall
release us from any liability for its performance.
Any such repair or modification performed during
the warranty period shall void all warranty.

Disposal
To dispose of this medical device, no special
measures are necessary. National regulations/laws
must be observed.
