Aufstellen und
Bedienungshinweise
Der Datenträger sollte nur einen
axialen Datensatz enthalten und keine
Rekonstruktionen!
Der Patient muss nicht mit Markern und sollte
nicht mit Masken gescannt werden.
1
HINWEIS: Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
MRT-Aufnahme mit einem kompatiblen
Gerät erfolgt. Siehe hierzu den Anhang
Kompatible Geräte. Das System darf nicht
mit MRT-Aufnahmen inkompatibler Geräte
benutzt werden.
Wichtige Fakten für die Fusion von
CT und MRT
• Scannen ungefähr des gleichen
Patientenbereichs (Scan des Kopfes mit
Ohren, Nase, Oberlippe und Stirn) – die beiden
Scan-Bereiche müssen sich möglichst groß-
flächig überlappen
• Gleiche Scan-Richtung (z. B. von caudal nach
cranial)
• Gleiche Erstellung eines axialen Datensatzes
Bereitstellung radiologischer
Bilddaten mit einem DVT/Cone-
Beam-CT (CBCT)
Mit folgenden Einstellungen arbeiten die
KARL STORZ Navigationssysteme erfolgreich:
–
Matrixgröße: 512 x 512 Pixel
–
Schichtdicke: 1 mm
–
Querschnitt: Durchmesser 140 mm x H
100 mm – Durchmesser 170 mm x H 120 mm
–
Voxelgröße: 0,25 mm x 0,25 mm x 1 mm –
0,33 mm x 0,33 mm x 1 mm
–
Der Patient sollte axial gescannt werden
–
Der Scan muss die Oberlippe, die
Nasenwurzel, die Augenbrauen und die Ohren
enthalten
–
Der Scan muss unkomprimiert gespeichert
werden (nicht gezippt)
–
Der Datenträger sollte nur DICOM-Daten
enthalten
–
Die Scan-Daten einer Serie dürfen in nur einem
Ordner gespeichert werden
–
Der Datenträger sollte nur einen axialen Datensatz
enthalten und keine Rekonstruktionen!
Installation and operating
instructions
The data storage device should contain an
axial data set only and no reconstructions!
The patient does not have to be scanned with
markers and should not be scanned with masks.

NOTE: Ensure that a compatible device is
used for the MRI scan. To this end, please
see Appendix: 'Compatible Devices'. The
system must not be used with MRI scans
from incompatible devices.
Important facts for the fusion of CT
and MRI
•
Scan approximately the same area of the
patient (scan of the head with ears, nose,
upper lip and forehead) – both scan areas must
overlap as far as possible
•
Scan in the same direction (e.g., from the
caudal to the cranial region)
•
Equal preparation of an axial data set
Providing radiological image data
with a DVT/Cone Beam CT (CBCT)
scan
The KARL STORZ NBU navigation systems work
successfully with the following settings:
–
Matrix size: 512 x 512 pixels
–
Slice thickness: 1 mm
–
Cross section: dia. 140 mm x H 100 mm –
dia. 170 mm x H 120 mm
–
Voxel size: 0.25 mm x 0.25 mm x 1 mm –
0.33 mm x 0.33 mm x 1 mm
–
The patient should be scanned axially
–
The scan must include the upper lip, the root
of the nose, the eyebrows and the ears
–
The scan must be saved as an
uncompressed file (e.g., not zipped)
–
The data storage device should contain DICOM
data only
–
Scan data from one series must be saved into
one folder only
–
The data storage device should contain an
axial data set only and no reconstructions!
