WARNUNG: Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie
Positionen, ohne das Gewebe zu verschie-
ben, antasten.
Der rote Kreis an der Spitze der Probe stellt die
Toleranz der Registrierung dar.
Oberflächenregistrierung
Um den Patienten mittels Oberflächenregistrierung
zu registrieren, setzen Sie im Planungsmodus
keine Marker bzw. löschen Sie evtl. vorhandene
Landmarken.
Nach dem Start des Navigationsmodus setzen
Sie zum Starten der Oberflächenregistrierung die
Instrumentenspitze auf die Hautoberfläche des
Patienten auf. Halten Sie diese weiterhin ruhig, bis
die eingeblendete Fortschrittsanzeige abgelaufen
ist. Der Vorgang dauert ca. 3 Sekunden.
Danach ist die Oberflächenregistrierung aktiv und
die Hautoberfläche des Patienten kann abgetastet
werden.
Führen Sie die Probe langsam und mit möglichst
geringem Druck über die im Informationsfenster
dargestellten Bereiche des Gesichts des Patienten.
Es wird empfohlen, zunächst eine „Brille" bzw. eine
8 um die Augen des Patienten zu zeichnen und
anschließend zusätzlich den Nasenrücken mit der
Probe abzutasten.
Die während des Abtastens aufgenommene
Hautoberfläche wird in Form blauer Punkte auf
dem 3D-Modell dargestellt. Die Aufnahme jedes
neuen Punktes wird durch einen Hinweiston
signalisiert.

Surface registration
In order to register the patient by means of surface
registration, do not set any markers in the planning
mode and delete any possible landmarks.
After starting the navigation mode, place the tip
of the instrument on the surface of the patient's
skin to start surface registration. Keep the tip still
until the progress display shown is complete. This
takes about 3 seconds.
Surface registration is then active and the surface
of the patient's skin can be palpated.
Guide the probe slowly and with as little pressure
as possible over the areas of the patient's
face shown in the information window. It is
recommended to firstly draw glasses or the figure
eight around the patient's eyes and then to palpate
the bridge of the patient's nose with the probe.
The skin surface recorded during palpation is
shown on the 3D model as blue points. The
recording of each new point is indicated by an
acoustic signal.
