Sicherheitshinweise
1 HINWEIS: Für die Sinusbohrer und
Shaver­Ansätze für den Einmalgebrauch
ist die Gebrauchsanweisung mit der
Artikel­Nr. 96056373DF gültig. Für die
wiederverwendbaren Shaver­Ansätze
„Saugschneider" ist die Gebrauchsanweisung
mit der Artikel­Nr. 97000049 gültig. Beide
Gebrauchsanweisungen finden Sie auf
unserer Website unter www.karlstorz.com.
Die Verwendung des Handstücks anders als
oben bestimmt, ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht
zulässig.
Eigenmächtige Umbauten oder Veränderungen
sind aus Sicherheitsgründen untersagt.

Kontraindikationen

Die Verwendung des Produktes gilt als
kontraindiziert, wenn nach Meinung eines
verantwortlichen Arztes eine solche Anwendung
eine Gefährdung des Patienten hervorrufen würde.
Der Anwender der Navigationsinstrumente sowie
die beteiligten OP-Schwestern oder anderes
Personal müssen zum sicheren und effektiven
Betreiben des Systems ein von Hersteller und
Inverkehrbringer autorisiertes Training erhalten
haben, um ein KARL STORZ Navigationssystem
an einem Patienten einsetzen zu dürfen.
Safety instructions
1 NOTE: The instruction manual with the
Article no. 96056373DF is applicable for
the sinus burrs and shaver attachments for
single use. The instruction manual with the
Article no. 97000049 is applicable for the
reusable 'Suction' shaver attachments. Both
instruction manuals can be found on our
website at www.karlstorz.com.
The use of the handpiece in any way other than
indicated above is not permitted for safety reasons.
Unauthorized conversions or modifications are not
permitted for safety reasons.

Contraindications

The use of the product is contraindicated if, in
the opinion of the responsible physician, such an
application would endanger the patient.
The user of the navigation instruments as well
as the surgical nurses and other staff must
have received authorized training on the safe
and effective operation of the system from the
manufacturer and distributor in order to be allowed
to use the KARL STORZ navigation system on a
patient.

инструкция по эксплуатации под №
96056373DF. Для многоразовых режущих
шейверных насадок с каналом для
аспирации действует инструкция по
эксплуатации под № 97000049. Обе
инструкции по эксплуатации можно найти
на нашем веб-сайте www.karlstorz.com.
По причинам безопасности запрещается
использовать наконечник в других, не
соответствующих описанным выше целях.
Самовольная модификация и изменение
запрещены по соображениям безопасности.
5. 3 Противопоказания
Использование изделия противопоказано,
если, по мнению ответственного врача, такое
применение может представлять угрозу для
пациента.
Пользователь навигационных инструментов,
а также операционные сестры или другой
персонал должны пройти одобренный
производителем и продавцом курс обучения по
безопасному и эффективному использованию
системы, чтобы применять навигационную
систему KARL STORZ на пациенте.
