Ausrichten der Kamera
Nachdem der Patient für die Kamera sichtbar ist,
erscheint auf dem Hilfe-Fenster der Dialog zum
Ausrichten der Navigationskamera. Bewegen Sie
die Navigationskamera so, dass sie auf den am
Patienten befestigten Patiententracker zeigt. Auf
dem Hilfe-Fenster erscheint ein roter Punkt, der
Ihnen angibt, wie das Arbeitszentrum der Navigati-
onskamera relativ zum Patiententracker angeordnet
ist. Bewegen Sie die Navigations kamera so, dass
dieser Punkt im Zentrum des Kopfes des Patien-
tensymbols liegt. Rechts neben der Patientengrafik
zeigt eine Darstellung aus konzentrischen Kreisen
die Orientierung der Navigationskamera an. Bewe-
gen Sie die Navigationskamera so, dass alle Kreise
in einem Mittelpunkt angeordnet sind. Bei korrekter
Ausrichtung erscheint das Patienten symbol grün.
Bei korrekter Orientierung erscheinen die Kreise
ebenfalls grün.
Sollte der Abstand zwischen der Navigations-
kamera und dem Patiententracker zu groß oder zu
gering sein, so wird Ihnen das durch die Texte „too
far" bzw. „too close" in einem Hilfefenster ange-
zeigt, der Punkt „Distance" erscheint rot.

HINWEIS: Der rote, wandernde Punkt
für die Kameraausrichtung wird nur ange-
zeigt, wenn sich der Patiententracker im
Sichtbar keitsbereich der Navigationskame-
ra befindet.
Nach erfolgreicher Ausrichtung der Kamera schaltet
das System automatisch zur Registrierung der
Probe um.

Aligning the camera
Once the patient is visible to the camera, the dia-
log on aligning (adjusting) the navigation camera
appears in the help window. Move the navigation
camera so that it is directed towards the patient
tracker secured to the patient. A red dot appears
on the help window which informs you of how the
work center of the navigation camera is aligned in
relation to the patient tracker. Adjust the navigation
camera with the articulated arm so that this dot is
in the middle of the head on the representation of
the patient. A graphic of concentric circles to the
right of the patient graphic shows the orientation of
the navigation camera. Move the navigation cam-
era so that all of the circles are aligned at a central
point. If aligned correctly, the patient symbol turns
green. If the orientation is correct, the circles also
turn green.
If the distance between the navigation camera and
the patient tracker is either too great or too small,
the message 'too far' or 'too close' is shown in a
help window and the 'Distance' spot turns red.

NOTE: The movable red dot for camera
alignment is only displayed if the patient
tracker is located within the visibility range
of the navigation camera.
Once the camera has been successfully aligned,
the system automatically switches to probe
registration.
