Connecting the NAV1 module to
an external monitor
An external monitor can be connected via the
standard DVI-D connection i on the rear of the
NAV1 module. The maximum output resolution of
the NAV1 module is full HD 1900 × 1080 p. To this
end, connect the bidirectional DVI monitor cable to
the DVI socket of the NAV1 module.

CAUTION: The length of the DVI cable
should not exceed 2 meters.
Ensure that both the monitor and DVI cable comply
with the respective medical standards/directives.

WARNING: The NAV1 module must only
be connected to monitors and DVI cables
which conform to the guidelines, laws and
norms for medical devices, in order to
avoid electromagnetic interferences with
the NAV1 module and other electronic
devices in the operating room.

Connecting the NAV 1 module to
a video source
The NAV1 module has two digital (q, w) and one
analog video input u. Connect the video source to
the respective input socket on the NAV1 module.
