Risikoindex

HINWEIS: Der Risikoindex ist lediglich
eine zusätzliche Hilfe. Achten Sie bei
der Navigation immer sorgfältig auf die
gegebenen Umstände, und berücksichtigen
Sie die erfassten Bilddaten.

HINWEIS: Der Risikoindex wird nur
angezeigt, wenn die Risikostruktur
präoperativ geplant wurde.
Das Anzeigefeld für den Risikoindex wird oben
rechts in der rekonstruierten 3D-Modellansicht
angezeigt, wenn sich das navigierte Instrument der
geplanten Risikostruktur nähert. Der Risikoindex
zeigt den tatsächlichen Abstand zwischen der
Spitze des navigierten Instruments und der
geplanten Risikostruktur an.
Der Wert des Risikoindex geht auf Null, wenn
das navigierte Instrument mit der geplanten
Risikostruktur kollidiert.
Ebenso wie bei der Farbkodierung für die
navigierten Instrumente ändert sich die
Hintergrundfarbe des Anzeigefelds für den
Risikoindex wie folgt:
– grün, wenn das Instrument ausreichenden
Abstand zur Risikostruktur hat.
– orange, wenn das Instrument in die Nähe der
Risikostruktur gelangt.
– rot, wenn das Instrument mit der geplanten
Risikostruktur kollidiert.

HINWEIS: Ein roter oder orangefarbener
Risikoindex bedeutet eine mögliche Gefahr
für den Patienten.
Wegpunkt-Navigation
Die Wegpunkt-Navigation beinhaltet eine Reihe
zusätzlicher Funktionen, die die Standard-
Navigation nicht bietet. Der Navigationsvorgang
selbst kann wie gewohnt durchgeführt werden.
Eine Sonderfunktion besteht darin, dass alle bisher
unterstützten Instrumente benutzt werden können.
Wegpunkte können mit allen Instrumenten berührt
werden, und die zugewiesenen Funktionen können
aktiviert werden.
Wenn erstmals ein zuvor festgelegter Wegpunkt
erreicht wird, ertönt ein akustisches Signal.
Gleichzeitig werden die festgelegten Aktionen
ausgeführt.

NOTE: The risk index is only an additional
aid. When navigating always pay close
attention to the prevailing circumstances
and take the acquired image data into
account.

NOTE: The risk index will only be displayed
if the risk structure has been planned
preoperatively.
The risk index display field appears in the upper
right corner of the 3D reconstructed model view
as the navigated instrument approaches the
planned risk structure. The risk index displays the
actual distance between the tip of the navigated
instrument and the planned risk structure.
The risk index value falls to zero when the
navigated instrument collides with the planned risk
structure.
In the same way as the color coding for the
navigated instruments, the risk index will change
the background color of the display field to:
– green when the instrument is at a sufficient
distance to the risk structure.
– orange when the instrument enters the vicinity of
the risk structure.
– red when the instrument collides with the
planned risk structure.

represents potential danger for the patient.
Waypoint navigation
Waypoint navigation includes a number of
additional functions that are not offered by standard
navigation. The navigation process itself can be
performed in the usual way.
One particular feature is that all of the instruments
which have been supported so far can be
used. Waypoints can be touched with all of the
instruments and the assigned functions can be
initiated.
The first time a previously defined waypoint is
reached, an audible tone is emitted. At the same
time, the defined actions are performed.
