Install the crankshaft, with the tapered
end on the left side of the crankcase.
Place the left connecting rod into the
front-cylinder bore. The rod must be in
this bore when the crankshaft is instal-
led.

Install the balancer shaft with the
threaded end installed through the left
side of the crankcase.

Monter le vilebrequin, son extremite
conique sur la gauche du carter.
Placer la bielle gauche dans le trou de
cylindre avant. Lorsque le vilebrequin est
correctement mis en place, la bielle doit
etre dans ce trou.

Monter l'arbre de balancier, son extre-
mite filetee dans Ie cote gauche du carter.

Die Kurbelwelle mit dem kegeligen Ende
nach links gerichtet in das Kurbelgehause
einbauen. Die linke pleuelstange in den
vorderen Zylinder einsetzen. Die Pleuel-
'Stange mul3 sich in diesem Zylinder
befinden, wenn die Kurbelwelle einge-
baut wird,

Die Ausgleichswelle mit dem Gewinde-
ende durch die linke Seite des Kurbel-
gehauses einbauen.
13. Install the neutral switch into the left-
side crankcase. Use a copper washer, and
torque the switch to specification.
13. Monter le contacteur de point-mort dans
le demi carter gauche. Utiliser une rou-
delle en cuivre, et serrer le contacteur
au couple spdcifie.
13. Leerlaufschalter mit einer Kupferscheibe
in die linke Kurbelgehausehalfte eindre-
hen and mit dem vorgeschriebenen An-
zugsmoment festziehen.
