Rotate the rear cylinder intake and
exhaust camshafts by hand so that the
cam lobes face outward, the punch
marks on the ends of the camshafts
should be aligned with the marks on the
cam caps.

Position the cam sprocket so that the
mark R is exposed to view and faces
upward at the same time. Place the can
chain around the sprocket.

Tourner les arbres a cames d'admission
et d'echappement du cylindre arriere a la
main pour orienter les lobes de came sur
l'exterieur. Les poincons des extremites
des arbres a cames doivent etre alinges
avec les reperes des chapeaux d'arbre
cames.

Positionner le pignon d'arbre a cames de
maniere telle que sa marque R soit vi-
sible et en haut. Placer la chaine de dis-
tribution autour du pignon.

hinteren Zylinders von Hand drehen, bis
die Nocken nach auRen gerichtet sind;
die Kornermarkierungen an den Enden
der Nockenwellen sollten mit den Mark-
ierungen an den Lagerdeckeln ausge-
richtet sein.

Das Nockenwellen-Kettenrad so posi-
tionieren, daR die Markierung R sicht-
bar und nach oben gerichtet angeordnet
ist. Die Steuerkette am Kettenrad an-
bringen.

Slide the sprocket so that the channel
(marked with I) in the sprocket fits over
the locating pin on the intake camshaft.
Likewise, fit the channel (marked with
E) in the sprocket over the locating pin
on the exhaust camshaft.

Insert your finger into the hole in the
cam chain tensioner and push the cam
chain guide inward. While pushing it,
make sure the punch marks on the
camshafts align with the marks on the
caps. Also make sure the cam lobes of
both the intake and exhausts camshaft
face each other.

Monter le pignon de maniere telle que sa
rainure (marquee I) s'ajuste sur le teton
de positionnement de l'arbre a cames
d'admission. De meme, ajuster la rainure
(marquee E) du pignon sur le teton de
positionnement de l'arbre a cames
d'echappement.

Inserer un doigt dans le trou du tendeur
de chaine de distribution puis pousser le
guide de chaine de distribution vers
l'interieur. Lors de cette operation,
s'assurer que les poincons des arbres
cames coincident avec les reperes des
chapeaux. Stassurer aussi que les lobes de
came des arbres a cames d'admission et
d'echappement sont face a face.
17.
Das Kettenrad verschieben, bis der Kenai
(bezeichnet mit I) im Kettenrad Uber den
Positionierstift der EinlaRnockenwelle
pant. Ahnlich den mit E bezeichneten
Kenai des Kettenrades Uber den Posi-
tionierstift der AuslaRnockenwelle fuh-
ren.
18.
Mit einem Finger durch die Bohrung
im
Steuerkettenspanner die Steuer-
kettenfuhrung nach innen driicken. Da-
bei darauf achten, daR die Kbrner-
rnarkierungen an den Nockenwellen mit
den Markierungen an den Lagerdeckeln
ausgerichtet sind. Auch sicherstellen,
daR
die Nocken der Ein- und AuslaRnocken-
wellen gegeneinander gerichtet sind.
