Turn the fuel cock to the "PR I" posi-
tion.
3. Start the engine, and let it warm up.

Read the vacuum gauge. The readings for
each carburetor should be the same. If
not, adjust the synchronizing rod until
the readings are the same.

gen sollten fiir beide Vergaser gleich sein.

nistange drehen, bis der Ablesungswert
iibereinstimmt.

5. Reconnect the vacuum lines.
Idle speed
1. Start the engine, and warm it up for a
few minutes.
2. Set the engine idle speed to the specified
level by adjusting the throttle stop screw
on the rear cylinder carburetor. Turning
the throttle stop screw in (clockwise)
increases the engine speed; turning it out
(counterclockwise) decreases the engine
speed. Use a tachometer for checking
and adjusting the engine speed.

1. Dernarrer le moteur et le laisser chauffer

2. Regler le regime de ralenti du moteur
la valeur specifiee en regla.nt la vis butee
de papillon du carburateur du cylindre
arriere. Larotation a droite de la vis butee
de papillon augmente le regime du mo-
teur; la rotation a gauche le diminue.
Utiliser un cornpte-tours pour contrOler
et regler le regime du moteur.

Leeriaufdrehzahl
1. Motor anlassen und fur einige Minuten
warmlaufen lessen.
2. Die Leerlaufdrehzahl des Motors nach
vorsch rift einregu I ieren, indem die
Drosseiklappen-Ansch lagschraube am
Vergaser des vorderen Zylinders einge-
stellt wird.
Durch Hineindrehen der
Drossik lappen-Anschiagschraube (Uhr
zeigersinn) wird die Leerlaufdrehzahl
erhOht; durch Herausdrehen (Gegenuhr-
zeigersinn) wird die Leerlaufdrehzahl
vermindert. Fur das Prüfen und Einstell-
en einen Drehzahlmesser verwenden.
