Install the crankcase bolts. Tighten the
bolts in the tightening sequence shown
in the illustration. After all the bolts are
tight, torque them to specification.
Torque the bolts in the torquing se-
quence also shown in the illustration.
Tightening torque:
Bolts #1 — 16 (M6 x 1.0)
10 Nm (1.0 m•kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
Bolt/nut #17 (M10 x 1.25)
30 Nm (3.0m• kg, 22 ft•lb)
4. Tighten the engine-mounting-bracket
securing bolts (#18, #19). Torque the
bolts to specification.
Tightening torque:
10 Nm (1.0m•kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
NOTE:
Apply Yamaha bond #4 to bracket securing
bolts
3. Monter les boulons de carter. Serrer ces
boulons suivant l'ordre indique sur
('illustration. Une fois que tous les bou-
ions sont serres, les amener au couple de
serrage specifie. Les serrer au couple
suivant l'ordre indique sur ('illustration.
Couple de serrage:
Boulons #1 — 16 (M6 x 1,0)
10 Nm (1,0 m•kg, 7,2 ft•lb)
Boulon/Ecrou # 17 (M10 x 1,25)
30 Nm (3,0 m•kg, 22 ft•lb)
4. Serrer les boulons de fixation (# 18,
# 19) d'etrier de montage du moteur au
couple specifie.
Couple de serrage:
10 Nm (1,0 m•kg, 7,2 ft•lb)

Appliquer du Yamaha Bond
#4 sur les bou-
ions de fixation d'etrier.

3. Kurbelgehauseschrauben eindrehen und
wie in der nachfolgenden Abbildung ge-
zeigt, nach der vorgeschriebenen Anzug-
sreihenfolge leicht festziehen. Nachdem
alle Schrauben eingedreht wurden,
miissen diese mit dem vorgeschriebenen
Anzugsmoment festgezogen werden.
Dazu nochmals die Anzugsreihenfolge in
der nachfolgenden Abbildung beachten.
Anzugsmoment:
Schraube #1 —16 (M6 x 1.0)
10 Nm (1,0 rn•kg, 7,2 ft•lb)
Schraube/Mutter #17 (M10 x 1,25)
30 Nm (3,0 m•kg, 22 ft•lb)
4. Die Befestigungsschrauben (Nr. 18 und
Nr. 19) der Motor-Einbaukonsole mit
dem vorgeschriebenen Anzugsmoment
festziehen.
Anzugsmoment:
10 Nm (1,0 m•kg, 7,2 ft•lb)
ANMERKUNG•
Yamaha Bond Nr. 4 auf den Befestigungs-
schrauben der Konsole auftragen.
