Water pump cover, joint pipes, and oil filter
1.
Install the water pump cover 0-ring and
install the 0-rings on the joint pipes.
2. Sparingly apply rubber grease to the
joint pipe 0-rings.
3. install the joint pipes into the water
pump cover.
NOTE:
The joint pipes should be positioned as shown
below:
4. Install the water pump cover and joint
pipes onto the engine at the same time
and torque the bolts to specification.
Tightening torque:
10 Nm (1.0 rn•kg, 7.2 ft•lb)
Couvercle de pompe a eau, tube de jonction,
et filtre a huile
1. Monter le joint torique du couvercle de
pompe a eau puis monter les joints tori-
ques sur les tubes de jonction. •
2.
Mettre un peu de graisse au caoutchouc
sur les joints toriques de tube de jonc-
tion.
3. Onter les tubes de jonction dans le
couvercle de pompe a eau.
N.B.:
Les tubes de jonction doivent etre position-
nees comme illustre ci-dessous.
4. Monter le couvercle de pompe a eau et
les tubes de raccordement en meme
temps sur le moteur puis serrer les bou-
ions au couple specifie.
Couple de serrage:
10 Nm (1,0 m•kg, 7,2 ft•lb)
Wasserpumpendeckel, Verbindungsrohre und
olfilter
1. Den 0-Ring des Wasserpumpendeckels
und die 0-Ringe der Verbindungsrohre
einsetzen.
2.
Gummifett leicht auf den 0-Ringen der
Verbindungsrohre auftragen.
3.
Die Verbindungsrohre in den Wasser-
pumpendeckel einbauen.
ANMERKUNG•
Die Verbindungsrohre sind gern5f1 nachfol-
gender Abbildung anzuordnet:
4. Den Wasserpumpendeckel und die Ver-
bindungsrohre gleichzeitig am Motor
anbringen und die Schrauben mit dem
vorgeschriebenen Anzugsmoment fest-
ziehen.
Anzugsmoment:
10 Nm (1,0 m•kg, 7,2 ft•lb)
