1.
Unscrew the suction and pressure valves (items 3 and 4).
2.
Loosen the metering head screws (item 1).
3.
Remove the pump head (item 2).
4.
Take out diaphragm (5) and intermediate plate (6).
5.
Unfasten retaining bolts for the adapter plate (7).
6.
Remove adapter plate (8a or 8b).
7.
Remove the protective diaphragm (10) from the diaphragm extension (9).
8.
Remove the diaphragm extension (9) from the plunger.
9.
Reverse this procedure for re-installation.
