Maintenance
DANGER!
Damage and injuries may occur if installation, maintenance or repair
work is carried out incorrectly.
Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by authorised and trained
specialist personnel in compliance with current local regulations.
The safety regulations and required protective clothing (PPE) must be
complied with when working with chemicals. Attention must be paid to the
information included on the product data sheet of the dosing medium used.
During or prior to maintenance and repair work:
– Use only original spare parts.
– Depressurise the pressure line.
– Disconnect the dosing medium supply and clean the system thoroughly.
– Unplug the mains plug or disconnect all power sources, and secure against
accidental re-activation!
12.1 Maintenance mode - Service position of the pump - [Pump service]
Before maintenance work can be carried out on the EcoAdd, the EcoAdd
must be put into maintenance mode!
This causes the motor and the diaphragm to reset, simplifying the maintenance
work!
