Control/software
Symbols during operation (operating mode):
Metering mode and signal to indicate that the pump is running
With every stroke of the pump, the display background flashes in the top right.
Each symbol represents the metering mode that is currently selected: = standard, =
medium; = low, = variable

"External dosing release missing" with orange background
This symbol indicates that the external release is missing. If dosing release is active (see
Ä Chapter 8.8.7 'Dosing release' on page 99 ), the pump operates only is an external
enable contact is closed.
The use of the metering lock is independent of the operating mode.
Level signal - Level pre-warning - Low level
Flashing display with an orange background = Level pre-warning
Level signal - Empty signal - Chemical container empty
Red display permanently shown = Empty signal
Level indicator - container setting: Canister
The [Container size] has been set in the [Configuration].
Instead of the empty signal, the displays shows a canister with the calculated contents level.
Warning message with orange or red background
Upcoming maintenance with the number of weeks until the maintenance is due.
Overdue maintenance with details of the number of overdue weeks.
Timer - [Access code] 'Administrator (A)' or 'Operator (O)'
Timer counting down the temporary removal of a code lock as an 'Administrator (A)' or
'Operator (O)' (5 min.).
If only one code has been entered, no entry appears underneath the elapsing timer .
Bluetooth connection
Bluetooth connection available to a smartphone.
[Access code]
[Access code] display for restricted menu functions.
To prevent the pump settings from being changed, an [Access code] can be activated

Lock open = [Code] is not active. Lock closed = [Code] active.
External release
Dosing release is active.
Calibration
Notice to perform calibration on the pump.
Oval gear meter - OGM
An oval gear meter (OGM) is connected to the pump.

Display for active [Batch] operation
Chemicals database
A database with specific chemical data has been installed and is available for selection in the
configuration.
Pulse memory
Display for active pulse memory.
Degas valve connected
