1.
Unscrew the suction and pressure valves (items 4 and 5).
2.
Remove the cover plate (item 1) on the metering head.
3.
Loosen the metering head screws (item 2).
4.
Remove the pump head (item 3).
5.
Take out diaphragm (5) and intermediate plate (6).
6.
Remove the protective diaphragm (7) from the plunger.
7.
Fit new protective diaphragm in the correct position.
8.
Reverse this procedure for re-installation.
