The two rotary switches S2 and S3 for the station address of the valve system in CANopen are
located underneath the window (3).
Switch S2: The tens digit of the address is set on switch S2. Switch S2 is labeled using the
decimal system from 0 to 9.
Switch S3: The units digit of the address is set at switch S3. Switch S3 is labeled using the
decimal system from 0 to 9.
Proceed as follows during addressing.
1. Disconnect the bus coupler from the power supply UL.
2. Set the station address at the switches S2 and S3 (see Fig. 5):
– S2: tens digit from 0 to 9
– S3: units digit from 0 to 9
3. Reconnect the power supply UL. The system will be initialized using the address defined on the
bus coupler.

Changing the address

An address change will not be effective during operation!
The bus coupler will continue to work with the previous address.
Never change the address during operation.
Disconnect the bus coupler from the power supply UL before changing the positions of
switches S2 and S3.
