RUN
ERROR
1. Switch on the operating voltage.
The controller sends parameters and configuration data to the bus coupler, electronic
components in the valve zone, and I/O modules during startup.
On startup or after a hardware reset, the connected modules on the valve side and the digital
and analog I/O modules are scanned and the structure for the variable object directory entries
of the object directory are then defined. This structure remains unchanged until a restart or
hardware reset.
2. After the initialization phase, check the LED statuses on all modules (see section 11 "LED
Diagnosis on the Bus Coupler" on page 105 as well as the system description of the I/O modules).
Before applying the working pressure, the diagnostic LEDs may only be illuminated as described in
Table 17:

If the diagnostic run is successful, you may commission the valve system. Otherwise, the errors
must be remedied (see section 13 "Troubleshooting" on page 122).
3. Switch on the compressed air supply.
