Adhere this Powered Operations instruction label to the plate (6390-001-467) and mount the plate on the inside door panel
or wall of the vehicle patient compartment where the plate is visible to users.
See User controls and LED indicators (page 28) for button and LED locations.

1. Raise the lifting arms to guide and pull the trolley out of the vehicle patient compartment.
2. Push the cot into P P o o w w e e r r - - L L O O A A D D until the cot load wheel pins lock into position. Make sure that the cot is aligned with the
lifting arms when you load the cot.
3. Press and hold the retract (-) button on the cot control switch to fully retract the cot undercarriage until the cot is
supported.
4. Push the cot into the vehicle patient compartment until the lifting arms lower and the cot locks into P P o o w w e e r r - - L L O O A A D D .
5. Pull side to side on the foot end of the cot to make sure that the cot is locked into P P o o w w e e r r - - L L O O A A D D .
