Queries or defines the scale unit for the amplitude range (y-axis) in the spectrum dis-
play.
In FFT mode, this command is query-only.

SPECtrum:FREQuency:SAMPle?

Queries the sample rate with which FFT analysis is performed. This command is only
available in FFT mode.
