15.5.1 Maskendefinition
Das Suffix <m> gibt den Maskenkanal an, für den der Befehl ausgeführt wird. Die
Anzahl der Kanäle ist vom Gerätetyp abhängig. Das R&S RTH1004 besitzt fünf Mas-
kenkanäle; die Suffixwerte sind 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5. Das R&S RTH1002 besitzt drei Masken-
kanäle; die Suffixwerte sind 1 | 2 | 5. Suffix 5 wird für die Maske auf einer mathemati-
schen Messkurve verwendet.
