Maitre-cylindre
Corps de maitre-cylindre
1)
Remplacer le maitre-cylindre si sa paroi est usee
ou
rayee.
2)
Remplacer le maitre-cylindre si son orifice de
sortie est raye ou entaille.
3)
Verifier si le trou de dilatation n'est pas obstrue.
4 )
Verifier
si le cylindre et
le reservoir ne con-
tiennent pas de corps etrangers.
Piston
1)
Remplacer le piston s'il est use ou raye.
2)
Remplacer le piston s'il porte la moindre trace de
rouille.
Coupelles de piston
1)
Remplacer toute coupelle presentant des traces
d'usure ou des rayures sur sa surface de travail.
2)
Remplacer toute coupelle gonflee, ainsi que le
joint d'etancheite et les elements en caoutchouc.
Laver soigneusement toutes les surfaces exposees
au liquide de frein avec du liquide de frein frais
et propre.
3)
Quel que soit leur etat, remplacer les coupelies de
piston tous les deux ans. Diaphragme de reservoir

1)
Verifier si le rebord et le soufflet ne sont pas
endommages, fissures ou uses.
2)
Verifier s'il n ' y a pas de gonflement (en cas de
gonflement, proceder comme pour les coupelies).
3)
Remplacer le diaphragme et le manchon tous les
deux ans, quel que soit leur etat.
