The u
niveRSal data caRRieR acceSS
functions can be used to create complex compound
commands that use or return freely definable data when
recording, reading or writing to data carriers. Different
memory areas as well as the formatting of the data can be
defined.
For example, it is possible to specify that the following data
is returned when the data carriers are detected:

The default formats can be parameterized via
the web server or the UHF Manager (see chap-
ter 7.2 on page 33 and chapter 7.1 on
page 29).
The default values of the format specifications
can be overwritten separately for each TCP and
USB session with the w
command.
