BalluffFilterOperationEnumeration

This data type is an enum that specifies which operation is
to be used to apply the static filter to the data. However,
currently only the AND operation is supported. The
following values are defined:
Value Description
0 (AND) First filter or the new filter data are
linked with the existing filters with
AND. Currently only one filter is possi-
ble.
1 (OR) Not yet supported in the current
version.
2 (NAND) Not yet supported in the current
version.
3 (NOR) Not yet supported in the current
version.

CodeTypeDataType

This data type is a string that specifies how the detected
data carrier is to be stored. The following strings or types
are supported:

"RAW:BYTES" EPC binary
"RAW:STRING" EPC ascii
"EPC" EPC structure (see chapter 9.7.15 on
page 164)
"UID" AutoID identifier according to
ISO/IEC 18000-3 Mode 3,
ISO/IEC 18000-63 and
GS1 EPCglobal

DeviceStatusEnumeration

This data type is an enum that provides the status of the
device.
Value Description
0 Idle: Normal status
1 Error: Device error
2 Scanning: Start of asynchronous
scanning mode (see chapter ScanStart
on page 146)
3 Busy

Location

The Location union provides the possibility to store a piece
of location information in different formats. Only the n
field of type LocationName (device location as string) is
currently supported.
The selection of which field is populated with data is
usually done via a separate enumeration variable of type
LocationTypeEnumeration (see page 162).

This data type is a string that reflects the device location.

This enum returns the selection for the data type of the
union Location (see page 162). This is used for example
in the GetDeviceLocation() method (see page 140).
