in the calculation for generating and verifying the signature,
usually the EPC and the TID, possibly also part of the user
data area for data carriers with larger memory.
The area where the signature itself is stored (currently the
first 64 bytes of the user data area) must not be included.
The specification must be exactly the same for signature
generation and signature verification, otherwise the
