Examples

Various examples are shown in the following subchapters.
In the examples, UaExpert is used as a client that must be
installed on the PC (download at
www.unified-automation.com).

9.9.2

Reading and writing variables

As soon as the BIS U-6127 processor unit is connected to
the UaExpert client, the objects are displayed in the
a window.

► Click on the desired variable in the a
window (in Fig. 9-18 the d
clicked on by way of example).

variables is displayed. As you can see in the figure,
the current value of the variables can be seen under
v – v (highlighted in blue). In this case, it

Method calls

The methods are displayed in the a
with violet icons. Right-clicking on a method opens a small
window. The following figure shows this process using the
GetRFPower method as an example.

Run method
1. Click c method in the context menu.
