Edit data carrier

Command identifier 'z': Select data carrier (Select)
If there are several data carriers in the detection range of
an antenna, a single data carrier can be selected for further
processing. The desired data carrier is masked via an ID.
The data which is used as the ID can be defined via the ID
type field.
When selecting by EPC or TID, the ID block must be filled
with the corresponding data. The format in the ID block is
the same as the format with which the device outputs the
IDs with the Detect data carriers command. The selection
data for the ID is always valid from the beginning of the ID.
However, a shorter length can be specified in the Number
of bytes ID field to select entire ID ranges (e.g. only the first
4 bytes of the ID must match).
In case of a selection according to a part of the user data,
the ID block should be filled with 00
data should be provided in the User data section. Here,
both the start of the selection area (address) and the length
(number of bytes) can be selected.
