This method can be used to write the access and kill
passwords of the data carrier. The passwords have a
length of 4 bytes each (MSB first).
For the kill command (p.197), a kill password different from
0 must have been written on the tag beforehand.

SetTIDLength
This method can be used to set the length of the TID
memory area to be used for all data carriers of a particular
antenna. The method is session-related.
