Occasional error situations
The following error situations may occur occasionally:
Error

Device cannot be reached via 007 with TCP
(connection timed out or connection refused
at the client)
Fatal error of an application
Device restarts regularly, many startup entries
in short time in logbook
OpcUa_U6127_App does not run (fatal error),
no OPC-UA connection possible

Power/Status
Error causes and rectification
LED display
Red
Antenna connection parameterized without an antenna
being connected or the connection to the antenna is
interrupted.
► Check antenna connection and settings.
Red
Power supply current limit too low to operate UHF
functions properly.
► Provide power supply with higher current, contact
service in case of repeated occurrence.
Green
Incorrect 007 port number used.
► Use correct port number.
007 protocol disabled.
► Activate 007 via web interface.
A connection is already active on the addressed port.
► Disconnect previous connection.
No IP address received via DHCP or incorrect IP address
set.
► Check via UHF Manager on USB port and change if
necessary.
Red
Multiple causes possible.
► Restart device, contact service in case of repeated
occurrence.
Orange
Power supply current limit too low to operate UHF
functions properly.
► Provide power supply with higher current, contact
service in case of repeated occurrence.
Red
Date/time is incorrect.
► Set date/time and time zone correctly
Certificate does not exist, invalid or with incorrect date
entry
► Set date/time and time zone correctly, create new
certificate, restart device
