3 | Before using for the first time

→ Remove all stickers and tags.
→ Fill the cooker 2/3 with water and add 2-3 tablespoons
of vinegar.
→ Leave the lid off and boil the vinegar water in the
cooker for approx. 5–10 minutes.
→ Then rinse all parts thoroughly by hand.
→ Dry the cookware thoroughly after cleaning.
There may be a noise when using on induction
hobs. This is due to technical reasons and
does not indicate that your hob or Sicomatic®
classic is faulty.
