E2 - Sostituire l' elemento dello sfiatatoio
della coppa motore

L'olio e i componenti bollenti possono
causare lesioni personali. Evitare il cont-
atto con la pelle.
Accertarsi che il motore sia fermo prima di
eseguire qualunque operazione di manu-
tenzione o riparazione.
Rimuovere l'elemento dello sfiatatoio
- Aprire il cofano motore.
- Pulire accuratamente l'esterno del filtro
nonché il suo supporto per impedire la
penetrazione della polvere nel sistema.
- Rimuovere la protezione che copre lo sfia-
tatoio del motore.
- Se necessario, rimuovere i tubi dello sfia-
tatoio sul coperchio "6"(fig.E2). Rimuovere
i dadi "7"(fig.E2) e il coperchio "6"(fig.E2)
dalla scatola "1"(fig.E2).
- Rimuovere l'anello di fissaggio "4"(fig.E2)
e l'elemento dello sfiatatoio "3"(fig.E2) e
smaltirli.
- Rimuovere l'anello di tenuta gruppo
"5"(fig.E2) dal coperchio.
Installare l'elemento dello sfiatatoio
Accertarsi che tutti i componenti siano puli-
ti e integri.
- Installare un anello di tenuta grup-
po "5"(fig.E2) nuovo filtro (vedere: 3 -
MANUTENZIONE: ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E
CINGHIE) sul coperchio "6"(fig.E2).
Nota : Orientare correttamente l'elemento
dello sfiatatoio prima di installarlo. Il diame-
tro "A"(fig.E2) è visibilmente più grande del
diametro "B"(fig.E2).
- Installare il diametro "A"(fig.E2) dell'ele-
mento dello sfiatatoio "3"(fig.E2) sull'al-
bero "2"(fig.E2).
Se installato correttamente, deve essere
visibile il codice dell'elemento dello sfia-
tatoio.
- Installare l'anello di fissaggio "4"(fig.E2)
e il coperchio"6"(fig.E2). Installare i dadi
"7"(fig.E2) e serrarli a una coppia di 25 Nm
(18 lb ft).
Se necessario, installare i tubi dello sfiata-
toio sul coperchio.

E2 - Change the engine sump drainage
element
MRT EASY ST3B/ST4
The hot oil and components can cause per-
sonal injury. Avoid contact with the skin.
Make sure the engine is stationary before
carrying out maintenance or repairs on it.
Remove the drainage element
- Open the engine hood.
- Wipe the outside of the filter as well as its
support thoroughly to prevent dust from
penetrating the system.
- Remove the cover on the engine vent.
- If necessary, remove the tubes of the vent
on the cover "6" (Fig. E2). Remove the nuts
"7" (Fig. E2) and cover "6" (Fig. E2) from box
"1" (Fig. E2).
- Remove the fixing ring "4"(Fig.E2) and
the element of the vent "3"(Fig.E2) and
dispose of.
- Remove the unit retainer ring "5"(Fig.E2)
from the cover.
Install the drainage element
Make sure all the components are clean
and intact.
- Install a unit retainer ring "5" (Fig. E2)
new filter (see: 3 – MAINTENANCE: FILTER
ELEMENTS AND BELTS) on cover "6" (Fig.
E2).
Note: Position the drainage element correc-
tly before installing it. The diameter "A"(Fig.
E2) is visibly larger than diameter "B"(Fig.E2).
- Install the diameter "A"(Fig.E2) of the element
of the vent "3"(Fig.E2) on shaft "2" (Fig.E2).
If installed correctly, the drainage element
code must be visible.
- Install the fixing ring "4"(Fig.E2) and the
cover "6"(Fig.E2). Install the nuts "7"(Fig.
E2) and tighten by applying a 25 Nm (18
lb ft) torque.
If necessary, install the tubes of the vent on
the cover.

Das Öl und die heißen Teile können
Verletzungen an der eigenen Person ver-
ursachen. Den Hautkontakt vermeiden.
Sicherstellen, dass der Motor steht,
bevor man irgend eine Wartungs- oder
Reparaturarbeit ausführt.
Das Element des Entlüftungsventils entfernen
- Die Motorhaube öffnen.
- Die Außenfläche und Halterung des Filters
sorgfältig reinigen, damit kein Staub ins
System gelangt.
- Den Schutz entfernen, der das
Entlüftungsventil des Motors bedeckt.
- Wenn notwendig, die Leitungen des
Entlüftungsventils auf dem Deckel "6"(Abb.
E2) entfernen. Die Muttern "7"(Abb. E2)
und den Deckel "6"(Abb. E2) vom Gehäuse
"1" (Abb. E2) entfernen.
- Den Befestigungsring "4"(Abb. E2) und das
Element des Entlüftungsventils "3" (Abb.
E2) entfernen und entsorgen.
- Den Dichtring der Gruppe "5"(Abb. E2)
vom Deckel entfernen.
Das Element des Entlüftungsventils ein-
bauen
Sicherstellen, dass alle Komponenten sau-
ber und unversehrt sind.
- Einen Dichtring für die Gruppe "5"(Abb.
E2) des neuen Filters (siehe: 3 - WARTUNG:
FILTERELEMENTE UND RIEMEN) am Deckel
"6" (Abb. E2) einlegen.
Hinweis: Das Element des Entlüftungsventils
vor dem Einbau korrekt ausrichten. Der
Durchmesser "A"(Abb. E2) ist deutlich grö-
ßer als der Durchmesser "B" (Abb. E2).
- Den Durchmesser "A" (Abb. E2) des
Entlüftungsventilelements "3" (Abb. E2)
auf der Welle "2" (Abb. E2) installieren.
Bei korrektem Einbau muss der Code des
Entlüftungsventilelements sichtbar sein.
- Den Befestigungsring "4"(Abb. E2) und
das Element "6" (Abb. E2) installieren. Die
Muttern "7"(Abb. E2) befestigen und mit
einem Anzugsmoment von 25 Nm (18 lb
ft) anziehen.
Wenn notwendig, die Leitungen des
Entlüftungsventils auf dem Deckel instal-
lieren.
