D1 - Sostituire l'olio e il filtro olio del
motore termico

Controllare che la macchina si trovi in piano
per garantire una lettura accurata sull'astina
di livello.
Dopo aver fatto girare il motore alla tempe-
ratura normale di funzionamento, arrestar-
lo.
Scaricare l'olio motore
- Collocare un recipiente adatto sotto il foro
per fare defluire l'olio motore.
- Togliere il tappo di scarico della coppa "1"
(fig.D1) e il rispettivo "O" ring" e scaricare l'olio
motore dalla coppa nel recipiente.
- Dopo che l'olio è stato scaricato, il tappo
di scarico deve essere pulito e installato.
Se necessario , sostituire l'O-ring. Serrare
il tappo di scarico alla coppia di 34 Nm (25
lb ft).
- Rimuovere il recipiente e smaltire l'olio
lubrificante usato.
Smaltire l'olio lubrificante in un luogo
sicuro e nel pieno rispetto delle leggi
vigenti!
Sostituire il filtro dell'olio
- Aprire il cofano del motore
- Rimuovere il filtro con un attrezzo adatto
(chiave a nastro) "1" (fig.D1/2).
- Pulire la superficie di tenuta della testa del
filtro dell'olio "2" (fig.D1/2).
- Accertarsi che il raccordo nella testa del
filtro sia ben fissato.
- Applicare un velo di olio motore pulito
sull'O-ring "3" (fig.D1/2) del filtro dell'olio.
AVVERTENZA: Non riempire i filtri con olio
prima di installarli.
Installare il filtro dell'olio nuovo (vedi:
"TABELLA ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE"),
utilizzando una chiave per filtri. Per fissare
il filtro dell'olio, serrarlo a una coppia di 30
Nm (22 lb ft).

Check to make sure the vehicle is on level
ground to ensure correct reading on the
spirit level.
After running the engine at normal opera-
ting temperature, stop it.
Drain the engine oil
- Place a suitable container under the
opening to collect the engine oil.
- Remove the sump drainage plug "1" (Fig.
D1) and its "O" ring" and drain out the engi-
ne oil from the sump into the container.

If necessary, change the O-ring. Fit the
drainage plug using a 34 Nm (25 il ft) tigh-
tening torque.
- Remove the container and dispose off the
used lube oil.
Dispose off the lube oil in a safe place,
in complete compliance with the legis-
lation in force!
Replace the oil filter
- Open the engine hood.
- Remove the filter using a suitable tool
(band type wrench) "1" (Fig. D1/2).
- Wipe the surface of the seal on the oil filter
head "2" (Fig. D1/2).
- Make sure the filter head union is fixed
properly.
- Apply a thin film of engine oil on O-ring "3"
(Fig. D1/2) of the oil filter.
WARNING: Do not fill filters with oil before
they are installed.
Install the new oil filter (see: FILTER
ELEMENTS AND BELTS TABLE), using a
wrench for filters. Fix the oil filter, tightening
it by applying a 30 Nm (22 lb ft) torque.
