Ölbefüllung - Manitou EASY 2-Serie Bedienungsanleitung

- Svitare la cartuccia di aspirazione 6.1, 6.2
(E3), pulirla con un getto d'aria compres-
sa, controllare il suo stato e se necessa-
rio sostituirla (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
- Rimontare la cartuccia di aspirazione
verificando che la guarnizione sia corret-
tamente posizionata.
Riempimento con olio
- Rimettere e serrare il tappo di svuota-
mento 2 (E1).
- Riempire il serbatoio d'olio (vedere
"LUBRIFICANTI") attraverso il foro di riem-
pimento 7 (E1) fino a quando il livello
dell'olio non é equidistante fra i segni di
riferimento inferiore e superiore dell'indi-
catore di livello 8 (E1).
- Controllare eventuali perdite dal foro di
svuotamento 2 (E1).
- Mettere il tappo di chiusura del serbatoio
3 (E1).
Disinquinamento del circuito idraulico
- Lasciar girare il motore termico (peda-
le dell'acceleratore à metà corsa) per 5
minuti senza nessun carico sul carrello
elevatore; in seguito, per altri 5 minuti
utilizzando completamente i movimenti
idraulici (tranne la direzione e i freni di
servizio).
- Portare il motore termico a massimo regi-
me per 1 minuto; in seguito azionare la
direzione e i freni di servizio.
- Questa operazione permette un disin-
quinamento del circuito mediante il filtro
dell'olio idraulico in aspirazione.

- Remove and clean the suction cartrid-
ge 6.1, 6.2 (E3/E3A) using a compressed
air jet, check its condition and replace if
necessary (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: FIL-
TERS CARTRIDGES AND BELTS).
- Refit the suction strainer making sure the
seal is in the correct position.
Filling up the oil
- Refit and tighten the drainage plug 2 (E1).
- Fill the hydraulic oil tank through the filler
hole 7 (E1) until the oil level lies midway
between the lower and upper reference
marks on the level indicator 8 (E1).
-Check for leakage through the drain hole
2 (E1).
- Fit and tighten the tank cover 3 (E1).
Hydraulic circuit decontamination
- Leave the engine running (accelerator
pedal at halfway travel) for 5 minutes
without using anything on the lift truck,
then for 5 more minutes while fully using
the hydraulic movements (except the
steering system and the service brakes).
- Accelerate the engine at full speed for 1
minute, then activate the steering system
and the service brakes.
- This operation makes a pollution abate-
ment of the circuit possible through the
hydraulic return oil filter.

- Den Saugfilter 6.1, 6.2 (E3) abschrau-
ben, mit einem Druckluftstrahl rei-
nigen, den Zustand überprüfen und
ggf. austauschen (siehe: 3 - WARTUNG:
FILTERELEMENTE UND KEILRIEMEN).
- Den Ansaugfiltereinsatz wieder einbau-
en. Dabei auf einwandfreien Sitz der
Dichtung achten.
Ölbefüllung
- Die Ablassschraube 2 (E1) wieder einset-
zen und festziehen.
- Den Ölbehälter (siehe "SCHMIERMITTEL")
durch die Einfüllöffnung 7 (E1) mit Öl
auffüllen, bis der Ölstand zwischen der
unteren und der oberen Markierung des
Ölmessstabs 8 (E1) liegt.
- Die Ablassöffnung 2 (E1) auf eventuelle
Leckagen kontrollieren.
- Den Behälterdeckel 3 (E1) wieder anbrin-
gen.
Entfernung von Schmutzpartikeln aus
dem Hydraulikkreis
- Den Verbrennungsmotor 5 Minuten lau-
fen lassen (Gaspedal dabei halb durch
treten), ohne dass der Teleskoplader
irgendwie betätigt wird. Danach weitere
5 Minuten laufen lassen und dabei alle
Funktionen der Arbeitshydraulik voll-
ständig betätigen (mit Ausnahme von
Lenkung und Betriebsbremse).
- Gas geben und Verbrennungsmotor 1
Minute auf Höchstdrehzahl laufen lassen,
dann Lenkung und Betriebsbremse betä-
tigen.
- Durch diesen Vorgang
Schmutzpartikel über den Rücklauffilter
aus der Hydraulik entfernt.
