D1- Sostituire l'olio e il filtro olio del
motore termico
D1A - Sostituire l' elemento dello sfiata-
toio della coppa motore

D1- Sostituire l'olio e il filtro olio del moto-
re termico
Controllare che la macchina si trovi in piano
per garantire una lettura accurata sull'astina
di livello.
Dopo aver fatto girare il motore alla tempe-
ratura normale di funzionamento, arrestar-
lo.
Smontare la lamiera sotto cassone motore
per accedere al tappo di scarico olio "1"
(D1/1) e al filtro olio "2" (D1/1).
Scaricare l'olio motore
- Collocare un recipiente adatto sotto il foro
per fare defluire l'olio
motore.
- Togliere il tappo di scarico della coppa 1
(D1/2) e il rispettivo "O" ring" e scaricare
l'olio motore dalla coppa nel recipiente.
- Dopo che l'olio è stato scaricato, il tappo
di scarico deve essere pulito e installato.
Se necessario , sostituire l'O-ring. Serrare il
tappo di scarico alla coppia di 34 Nm - 3,5
kgm.
- Rimuovere il recipiente e smaltire l'olio
lubrificante usato.
Smaltire l'olio lubrificante in un luogo
sicuro e nel pieno rispetto delle leggi
vigenti!
Sostituire il filtro dell'olio
Rimuovere il filtro con un attrezzo adatto
(chiave a nastro) "2" (D1/2).
Pulire la superficie di tenuta della testa del
filtro dell'olio "3" (D1/2).
Accertarsi che il raccordo nella testa del
filtro sia ben fissato.
Applicare un velo di olio motore pulito
sull'O-ring "4" (D1/2) del filtro dell'olio.
AVVERTENZA: Non riempire i filtri con olio
prima di installarli.
Montare il filtro dell'olio (vedi: "TABELLA
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE").
Serrare il filtro dell'olio a 12 Nm - 1,2 kgm.
Non serrare eccessivamente il filtro dell'olio.

Check to make sure the machine is on level
ground to ensure correct reading on the
spirit level.
After running the engine at normal opera-
ting temperature, stop it.
Remove the sheet under the engine casing
to access the oil drainage plug "1" (D1/1)
and oil filter "2" (D1/1).
Drain the engine oil
- Place a suitable container under the
opening to collect the engine oil.
- Remove the cup drainage plug 1 (D1/1)
and its "O" ring" and drain out the engine
oil from the cup into the container.
- After the oil is drained, wipe the drainage
plug and refit it. If necessary, change the
O-ring. Fit the drainage plug on the cup
using a 34 Nm - 3.5 kgm tightening torque.
- Remove the container and dispose off the
used lube oil.
Dispose off the lube oil in a safe place,
in complete compliance with the legis-
lation in force!
Replace the oil filter
Remove the filter using a suitable tool (band
type wrench) "2" (D1/2).
Wipe the surface of the seal on the top of
the oil filter "3" (D1/2).
Make sure the filter head union is fixed
properly.
Apply a thin film of engine oil on O-ring "4"
(D1/2) of the oil filter.
WARNING: Do not fill filters with oil befo-
re they are installed.
Fit the oil filter (see: "FILTER ELEMENTS AND
BELTS TABLE").
Tighten the filter using a 12 Nm - 1.2 kgm
torque.
Do not tighten the oil filter excessively.

Verbrennungsmotors auswechseln
Überprüfen, ob die Maschine nivelliert
ist, um eine genaue Ablesung auf dem
Ölmessstab zu gewährleisten.
Danach den Motor bei
Betriebstemperatur laufen lassen und wie-
der anhalten.
Das Blech unter dem Motorkasten abmontieren,
um auf die Ölablassschraube "1" (D1/1) und auf
den Ölfilter "2" (D1/1) zugreifen zu können.
Motoröl ablassen
- Einen geeigneten Behälter unter die Öffnung
stellen, damit das Motoröl abfließen kann.
- Die Ablassschraube der Wanne 1 (D1/2) und den
jeweiligen O-Ring entfernen und das Motoröl
aus der Wanne in den Behälter ablassen.
- Nachdem das Öl abgelassen wurde, die
Ablassschraube reinigen und wieder anschrau-
ben. Wenn notwendig, den O-Ring auswechseln.
Die Ablassschraube mit einem Anzugsmoment
von 34 Nm - 3,5 kgm anschrauben.
- Den Behälter entfernen und das alte
Schmieröl entsorgen.
Das Schmieröl an einem sicheren Ort
gemäß der geltenden Gesetzgebung ent-
sorgen!
Den Ölfilter auswechseln
Den Filter mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug
(Schlüssel mit Band) "2" (D1/2) entfernen.
Die Dichtfläche des Ölfilterkopfes "3" (D1/2)
reinigen.
Sicherstellen, dass der Anschluss gut am
Filterkopf befestigt ist.
Eine Schicht sauberes Motoröl am O-Ring
"4" (D1/2) des Ölfilters auftragen.
HINWEIS: Die Filter vor dem Einbauen nicht
mit Öl füllen.
Den Ölfilter einbauen (siehe: "TABELLE
FILTERELEMENTE UND KEILRIEMEN").
Den Ölfilter mit 12 Nm - 1,2 kgm festziehen.
Den Ölfilter nicht zu stark festziehen.
