A5 - Verifica del sistema di sicurezza (Fig.
A5)
Verificare con l'aiuto di una corda metrica e
di una livella le indicazioni di lunghezza (L)
ed angolo (A) braccio.
Verificare poi il funzionamento del sistema
di sicurezza sollevando un peso noto, con
forche a braccio chiuso, e controllando che
la lettura del carico sul sistema sia corretta.
Infine sfilare il carico (mantenendolo a circa
0,5 metri dal suolo) e controllare che raggi-
unga il limite prestabilito dal diagramma e
che la macchina blocchi i movimenti aggra-
vanti all'intervento del sistema di sicurezza.
A6 - Controllare il livello del combustibile
Mantenere pieno quanto possibile il serba-
toio del combustibile, per ridurre al mas-
simo la condensa dovuta alle condizioni
atmosferiche.
Non fumare o avvicinarsi con una fiamma
libera durante le operazioni di riempimento
o quando il serbatoio è aperto.
Non effettuare mai il pieno con il motore
acceso.
- Controllare l'indicatore sul quadro stru-
menti.
- Se necessario aggiungere gasolio (vedere:
3 - MANUTENZIONE: LUBRIFICANTI E
CARBURANTE).
- Aprire lo sportellino d'accesso riempimen-
to carburante.
- Togliere il tappo "1"(fig.A6) servendosi
della chiave di contatto.
- Riempire il serbatoio con gasolio pulito e
filtrato, attraverso l'orifizio di riempimento
"2" (fig.A6) .
- Rimettere il tappo.
- Mediante un controllo visivo accertarsi
che non vi siano perdite sul serbatoio e
le tubazioni.

A5 - Check the safety system (Fig.A5)
Use a measuring tape and spirit level to
check the boom length (L) and angle (A).
Then check the working of the safety system
by lifting a known weight, with the forks,
with the boom closed, and checking to
make sure the load reading on the system is
correct. Then remove the load (keeping it at
a distance of approx. 0.5m off the ground)
and check to ensure it reaches the limit pre-
defined by the chart and that the machine
blocks aggravating movements when the
safety system is activated.
A6 - Check the fuel level
Keep the fuel tank full as far as possible
to reduce condensate due to atmospheric
conditions to the minimum.
Do not smoke or use a naked flame during
refuelling operations or when the tank is
open.
Never refuel with the engine running.
- Check the indicator on the instruments
panel.
- If necessary, add fuel (see: 3 -
MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS
AND FUEL).
- Open the door to access the tank for
refuelling.
- Remove cap "1" (Fig.A6) using a contact
wrench.
- Fill the tank with clean filtered fuel through
filler hole "2" (Fig. A6).
- Refit the cap.
- Inspect the tank and pipes for leaks.

A5 - Sicherheitssystem überprüfen (Abb. A5)
Mit Hilfe eines Meterseils und einer
Wasserwaage die Länge (L) und den Winkel
des Auslegers (A) kontrollieren.
Dann die Funktion des Sicherheitssystems
prüfen, indem man ein bekanntes Gewicht,
mit Gabeln bei geschlossenem Ausleger,
anhebt und kontrolliert, dass die Ablesung
der Last am System korrekt ist.
Dann die Last ausfahren (wobei man sie ca. 0,5
Meter vom Boden angehoben lässt) und kont-
rollieren, dass sie die vorgegebene Grenze des
Diagramms erreicht und dass die Maschine die
erschwerenden Bewegungen beim Eingriff des
Sicherheitssystems blockiert.
A6 - Kraftstoffstand prüfen
Der Kraftstoffbehälter sollte möglichst
immer voll sein, um die Kondenatbildung
durch Witterungseinflüsse so gering wie
möglich zu halten.
Während des Nachfüllens nicht rauchen
oder sich mit offener Flamme dem offenen
Kraftstoffbehälter nähern.
Beim Tanken immer Antriebsmotor abstel-
len.
- Tankanzeige am Armaturenbrett kontrol-
lieren.
- Im Bedarfsfall Dieselkraftstoff nachfüllen
(vgl.:
3 - WARTUNG: SCHMIERMITTEL UND
KRAFTSTOFF).
- Die Zugangsklappe des Tankdeckels öff-
nen.
- Den Deckel "1" (Abb. A6) mit Hilfe des
Kontaktschlüssels entfernen.
- Den Tank mit sauberem, gefiltertem
Dieselkraftstoff durch die Einfüllöffnung
"2" (Abb. A6) befüllen.
- Den Deckel wieder anbringen.
- Den Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter und die
Bremsleitungen mittels Sichtprüfung auf
Dichtheit prüfen.
