The functions of the object dictionary are used to write directly to the
data object. Normally no check is made for permissible values.
Impermissible values can result in the ClipX malfunctioning however.
If you are uncertain about any setting, use your web browser to make it. Then
read out the value via the relevant object in the object dictionary.
You can only read or write data objects up to 32 bits in size.
Note for objects of the floating comma data type (REAL, FLOAT)
In the device description files (GSD, ESI, ESD) the data type of the relevant
object value is UDINT. If you want to transfer a floating-comma value, you must
copy the value bit-by-bit between UDINT and REAL variable (FLOAT).
To do so, copy the value without a type conversion (cast operation)
to value! The table below explains the bit assignment.
The following table shows the bit assignment of the object value (value field)
when accessing the object dictionary.

The ClipX only reacts to changes in Index, Subindex, Padding Byte or Value. It
does not react if Index = 0x0000 (no operation). To repeat reading or writing,
