Basic Theory
Hole
centering
The easiest way to center drill
a hole prior to drilling is to use
either CYCLE81 or CYCLE82
CYCLE81: Without delay at
current hole depth
CYCLE82: With delay at
current hole depth
Drill.
The relevant cycle can now
be found using the vertical
softkey on the right.
Drilling Center
→
centering drilling
Select "Drilling centering"
using the vertical SKs , or
select "Center drilling" ,and
parameterize the cycle
according to requirements.

With the "OK" SK, the values and cycle
call will be transferred to the part
program as shown below.
This will drill a hole at the current
position.
With the Modal call SK, holes will be
