Liquid level in priming tank
The level in the priming tank can be monitored by installing a
level switch. If the level falls under a certain value, digital output
DO12 will be activated. Depending on version, the engine may be
started. "Level" will appear in the top line of the display as the
cause for starting.
The sensor cable is monitored for wire breakage and short-circuit
(closed-circuit resistance 392 Ohm, open-circuit resistance
1100 ohm). In case of sensor cable fault, indicator light
"CONNECTION SENSOR ALARM" will light up. Digital output
DO2 will also be activated. When the fault no longer exists, the
fault indication will be reset automatically.
Diesel or oil leakage
The controller can be equipped with a leak monitoring device to
detect if diesel is leaking from the fuel tank or oil is leaking from
the engine (and collected in a pan underneath the pump set).
Leak monitoring takes place by means of an evaluation device
and a probe. The evaluation device is installed separately outside
the control cabinet.
