B - Manutenzione.
- La manutenzione e il mantenimento dello
stato di conformità del carrello elevatore
sono obbligatori.
- Effettuare la manutenzione giornaliera
(Vedi capitolo : A - OGNI GIORNO O OGNI
10 ORE DI FUNZIONAMENTO nella parte :
3 - MANUTENZIONE).
- Non far funzionare il motore termico
senza il filtro dell'aria o con perdite
d'olio, d'acqua o di combustibile.
Aspettare il raffreddamento del
motore termico prima di rimuovere
il tappo del radiatore.
- Sostituire le cartucce dei filtri (Vedi perio-
dicità di sostituzione nel capitolo ELE-
MENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE nella parte :
3 - MANUTENZIONE).
C - Livelli.
- Utilizzare i lubrificanti raccomandati (Non
utilizzare mai lubrificanti usati).
- Non riempire il serbatoio del
combustibile quando il motore termico
è in funzione.
- Effettuare il pieno di combustibile solo
negli appositi spazi previsti a tale
scopo.
D - Lavaggio.
- Pulire il carrello elevatore, o al meno la
parte interessata, prima di ogni
intervento.
- Non dimenticare di chiudere la porta e
il lunotto posteriore della cabina.
- Durante il lavaggio, evitare di bagnare
le articolazioni, i componenti e
collegamenti elettrici.
Se necessario proteggere dall'acqua, dal
vapore o dai prodotti detergenti, i compo-
nenti che rischiano di venire danneggiati,
in particolare i componenti e i collega-
menti elettrici e la pompa
d'iniezione.
- Pulire il carrello elevatore da ogni traccia
di combustibile, d'olio o di grasso.
Per ogni intervento che non rientri nella
manutenzione ordinaria, rivolgetevi al
vostro a gente o concessionario.

B - Maintenance.
- The maintenance and the keeping in
compliance of the lift truck are compul-
sory.
- Carry out daily maintenance (See
chapter : A - DAILY OR EVERY 10 HOURS
SERVICE in paragraph : 3 - MAINTENAN-
CE).
- Do not run the I.C. engine without air fil-
ter, or with oil, water or fuel leaks.
Wait for the I. C engine to cool
before removing the radiator cap.
- Change the filter cartridges (See servi-
cing schedules in chapter : FILTERS
CARTRIDGES AND BELTS in paragraph :
3 - MAINTENANCE).
C - Levels.
- Use the recommended lubricants (Never
use contaminated lubricants).
- Do not fill the fuel tank when the I.C.
engine is running.
- Only fill up the fuel tank in areas
specified for this purpose.
D - Washing.
- Clean the lift truck or at least the area
concerned before any intervention.
- Remember to close the door and the rear
window of the cab.
- During washing, avoid the articulations
and electrical components and
connections.
If necessary, protect against penetration
of water, steam or cleaning agents, com-
ponents susceptible of being damaged,
particularly electrical components and
connections and the injection pump.
- Clean the lift truck of any fuel, oil or grea-
se trace.
For any intervention other than regular
maintenance, consult your dealer.

B - Instandhaltung.
- Der Teleskoplader muß zwangsläufig
instand und in konformem Zustand
gehalten werden.
- Tägliche Instandhaltung durchführen
(Siehe Kapitel : A - TÄGLICH ODER ALLE
10 BETRIEBSSTUNDEN, Abschnitt : 3 -
WARTUNG).
- Den Verbrennungsmotor nicht ohne
Luftfilter oder mit Öl-, Wasser- oder
Kraftstoffleckagen in Betrieb nehmen.
Vor dem Entfernen des
Kühlerverschlusses sicherstellen, daß der
Motor abgekühlt ist.
VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR
- Filterpatronen auswechseln (Siehe
Austauschhäufigkeit im Kapitel : FILTERE-
LEMENTE UND KEILRIEMEN, Abschnitt :
3 - WARTUNG).
C - Flüssigkeitsstand.
- Nur empfohlenen Schmiermittel einset-
zen (Auf keinen Fall gebrauchte
Schmiermittel verwenden).
- Den Kraftstofftank nicht bei laufendem
Motor befüllen.
- Den Teleskoplader nur an den dafür vor-
gesehenen Stellen auftanken.
D - Reinigen.
- Den Teleskoplader oder zumindest den
betroffenen Bereich vor jedem Eingriff
reinigen.
- Denken Sie daran, die Tür und das hinte-
re Fenster des Führerstands zu sch-
ließen.
-, Gelenke und elektrische
Komponenten und Anschlüsse
vor dem Reinigen abdecken..
Falls nötig Komponenten, die beschädigt
werden könnten, insbesondere elektri-
sche Komponenten und Anschlüsse und
die Einspritzpumpe, vor dem Eindringen
von Wasser, Dampf oder
Reinigungsmitteln schützen.
- Jede Spur von Kraftstoff, Öl oder Fett
vom Gabelstapler entfernen.
Für jeden anderen Eingriff als die nor-
male Instandhaltung fragen Sie Ihren
Vertreter oder Vertragshändler.
