Misure antincendio
Il "DEF" non è infiammabile. In caso
di incendio può essere liberata NH3
(ammoniaca).
In questo caso sussiste il pericolo di
avvelenamento. Le misure atte a estinguere
eventuali incendi devono risultare idonee alle
condizioni ambientali.
Avvertenza per la tutela ambientale
Smaltimento del "DEF":
- Una piccola quantità di "DEF" versata
accidentalmente non è problematica. Il
prodotto è facilmente biodegradabile e si
può disperdere senza problemi nella rete
fognaria utilizzando molta acqua.
- Per lo smaltimento di maggiori quantità
di "DEF" attenersi sempre ai requisiti della
legge sulla protezione dell'ambiente e il
riciclo/l'eliminazione dei rifiuti.
- Le confezioni contenenti residui di
"DEF" devono venire sottoposte ad un
trattamento analogo come per il "DEF"
Svuotare integralmente le confezioni del
loro contenuto; in questo modo dopo essere
state pulite le confezioni potranno essere
riutilizzate.
Pulire il pre-filtro "DEF"
Scollegare la tubazione di mandata 1 (E14)
dall'unità pompa-filtro 2 (E14) unitamente
alle fascette.
Svitare il raccordo di mandata 3 (E14).
Estrarre il prefiltro "DEF" 4 (E14).
Pulire il pre-filtro "DEF" 4 (E14) con un getto
d'aria compressa e sciacquarlo con del
fluido "DEF" fresco.
Controllare il suo stato e sostituirlo
caso di consistente imbrattamento o di
danneggiamento (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
- Accertarsi che nel unità pompa-filtro non
penetrino corpi estranei.
- L'unità pompa-filtro non deve essere
pulita in nessun caso con panni o simili.
- Evitare assolutamente la penetrazione di
fluidi che non sia "DEF".
Rimontare il prefiltro 4 (E14) ed il raccordo
di mandata 3 (E14) verificando che siano
correttamente posizionati.

Fire fighting measures
"DEF" is not flammable. In the event
of a fire, NH3 (ammonia) may be released.
This may result in a risk of poisoning. Measures
to extinguish a fire must therefore be
adapted to suit the surroundings.
Environmental note
Disposing of "DEF":
- Due to its easy degradability, small amounts
of spilt "DEF" can be washed into the sewage
system without any problems.
- Larger amounts of "DEF" must be disposed of
correctly, observing the regulations on waste
treatment/disposal.
- Packaging that is contaminated with "DEF"
residue must be treated in the same way as
"DEF"®. Packaging should be emptied as
thoroughly as possible, cleaned appropriately
and then recycled.
Cleaning prefilter "DEF"
Clamp the feed 1 (E14) line on the pump/
filter unit 2 (E14) using hose clamps.
Unscrew the feed pipe fitting 3 (E14).
Remove the prefilter "DEF" 4 (E14).
Clean the "DEF" 4 (E14) prefilter with a jet of
compressed air and rinse with new
"DEF" fluid.

- Ensure no foreign body enters the pump-
filter unit.
- The pump filter-unit must never be cleaned
with cloths or similar tools.
- Do not allow fluids other than "DEF"
entering the unit.
Reassemble prefilter 4 (E14) and feed pipe
fitting 3 (E14), checking they are properly
positioned.
Maßnahmen zur Brandbekämpfung
"DEF" ist nicht brennbar. Im Brandfall
kann NH3 (Ammoniak) freigesetzt werden.
Dadurch kann Vergiftungsgefahr bestehen.
Die Löschmaßnahmen müssen daher auf die
Umgebung abgestimmt werden.
Entsorgung von "DEF":
- Kleine Mengen an verschüttetem "DEF"®/
DEF können aufgrund dessen leichter
Abbaubarkeit problemlos mit viel Wasser in
die Kanalisation gespült werden.

Abfallverwertung/-beseitigung
ordnungsgemäßen Entsorgung zugeführt
werden.
- Verunreinigte Verpackungen, denen Reste von
"DEF" anhaften, sind wie "DEF" zu behandeln.
Verpackungen sind bestmöglich zu entleeren,
sie können dann nach entsprechender
Reinigung einer Wiederverwertung zugeführt
werden.
Vorfilter reinigen "DEF"
Die Zu-laufleitung 1 (E14) an der Pumpen-
Filter-Einheit 2 (E14) mit Schlauchklemmen
abklemmen.
Abschrauben zulaufleitung 3 (E14).
Entfernen Sie den Vorfilter "DEF" 4 (E14)
Den Vorfilter "DEF" 4 (E14) mit einem
Druckluftstrahl reinigen und mit dem
frischen Fluid "DEF" abspülen.
Den Zustand des Vorfilters überprüfen
und bei starker Verschmutzung oder
Beschädigung auswechseln (siehe: 3 -
WARTUNG: FILTERELEMENTE UND RIEMEN).
- Sicherstellen, dass keine Fremdkörper in
die Filter-Pumpen-Einheit eintreten.
- Die Filter-Pumpen-Einheit darf keinesfalls
mit Lappen oder ähnlichem gereinigt
werden.
- Außer "DEF" dürfen keinesfalls Flüssigkeiten
eintreten.
Den Vorfilter 4 (E14) wieder und die Zuleitung
3 (E14) wieder montieren. Überprüfen, ob
der Vorfilter korrekt positioniert ist.
