Filtro olio motore
Svitare il tappo filettato del filtro olio con la
chiave a tubo. Far defluire l'olio dalla scatola
del filtro.
Rimuovere il tappo filettato "5"(Fig.D5/1.2)
insieme alla cartuccia del filtro olio "7"(Fig.
D5/1.2) e sganciare la cartuccia "7"(Fig.
D5/1.2) esercitando una pressione laterale
sul bordo inferiore.
Accertarsi che nella scatola del filtro non
penetrino corpi estranei. La scatola del filtro
non deve essere pulita in nessun caso con
panni o simili.
Sostituire l'anello di tenuta presente sul
tappo filettato "6"(Fig.D5/1.2).
Introdurre la cartuccia nuova nel tappo
filettato
e
farla
scattare
pressione.
Avvitare il tappo filettato sulla scatola del
filtro olio e serrarlo.
Coppia di serraggio: 50 Nm
Sostituire l'olio motore
Versare nel motore l'olio motore nuovo
attraverso il bocchettone di riempimento
"7"(Fig.D5/1.2).
Controllo del livello nel motore:
• Controllo elettronico del livello dell'olio
"8"(Fig.D5/1.3).
• Controllo del livello dell'olio con
l'apposita astina. Questa è subordinata
al rilevamento elettronico del livello
dell'olio. Essa serve soltanto al controllo
generale della presenza di olio nel
motore. Estrarre l'astina di livello dell'olio
"9" (D5/1.4) per controllare il livello.
L'olio deve trovarsi tra la tacca inferiore e
la tacca superiore dell'astina di controllo
del livello dell'olio "9" (D5/1.4).
Controllare la tenuta del filtro e della vite
di scarico.
Spegnere il motore. Dopo 5 minuti
circa controllare il livello dell'olio e, se
necessario, rabboccarlo.
Engine oil filter
Unscrew the oil filter threaded cap using a
pipe wrench.
Let the oil drain out of the filter casing.
Remove the threaded cap "5" (Fig.D5/1.2)
together with the oil filter cartridge "7"
(Fig.D5/1.2) and release cartridge "7" (Fig.
D5/1.2) by pressing on the sides on
the lower edge.
Make sure foreign bodies do not penetrate
the filter casing.
The filter casing must not be wiped with cloth
or similar material.
Replace sealing ring present on threaded
cap "6" (Fig.D5/1.2).
Insert the new cartridge in the threaded

cap and press it so that it clicks into place.
Screw the threaded cap on the oil filter
casing and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 50 Nm
Change the engine oil
Pour fresh oil in the engine through the filler
opening "7"(Fig.D5/1.2).
Checking the engine oil level:
• Checking the oil level electronically
"8"(Fig.D5/1.3).
• Checking the oil level with the dipstick.
This is subsidiary to the electronic
oil level measurement system. It is
merely used for a general check to
determine if there is oil in the engine.
Remove
(D5/1.4)
The oil level should be between the
upper and lower marks on dipstick "9"
(D5/1.4).
Check the sealing of the filter and drain
screw.
Switch the engine off.
After about 5 minutes, check the oil level
and, if necessary, top it up to the max.

Motorölfilter
Den Gewindestopfen des Ölfilters mit
einem Rohrschlüssel. Das Öl aus dem
Filtergehäuse ablaufen lassen.
Den Gewindestopfen „1"(Fig.D5/1)
zusammen mit den Ölfiltereinsatz „3"(Fig.
D5/1) entfernen und den Filtereinsatz
„3"(Fig.D5/1) von der Arretierung freigeben,
indem man einen seitlichen Druck auf die
untere Kante ausübt.
Sicherstellen, dass keine Fremdkörper in
das Filtergehäuse eindringen. Das
Filtergehäuse darf auf keinen Fall mit Lappen
oder ähnlichem Material gereinigt werden.
Den Dichtring auf dem Gewindestopfen
„2"(Fig.D5/1) ersetzen.
Den neuen Filtereinsatz in den
Gewindestopfen einführen und durch
Druckausübung einrasten lassen.
Den Gewindestopfen in das Ölfiltergehäuse
einschrauben und ihn anziehen.
Anzugsmoment 50 Nm
Das Motoröl ersetzen
Das neue Motoröl durch den Einfüllstutzen
„7"(Abb.D5/1.2) in den Motor gießen.
Ölstand im Motor prüfen:
• Ölstand elektronisch prüfen "8" (Fig.
D5/1.3).
• Ölstand mit Ölpeilstab prüfen. ist dieser
der elektronischen Ölstandsermittlung
untergeordnet.

herausziehen, um den Stand zu prüfen.
Das Öl muss zwischen der unteren und
oberen Marke auf dem Ölpeilstab ;

Den Filter und die Ablaufschraube auf
dichten Sitz prüfen.
Den Motor abstellen. Nach circa 5 Minuten
den Ölstand prüfen und bei Bedarf Öl
nachfüllen.
