Pulire e lubrificare la ralla di
rotazione torretta
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Lubrificazione del sistema di
rotolamento:
La ralla esternamente è munita di
ingrassatori (Fig.B14/1) per la lubrificazione
del sistema di rotolamento.
Pulire gli ingrassatori sulla ralla (Fig.B14/1)
facendo attenzione che nessun detergente
penetri nel sistema di rotolamento o
danneggi le guarnizioni di protezione,
procedere con la lubrificazione (vedere
tabella lubrificanti e grassi) in modo tale
che un film di grasso fresco si veda uscire
lungo l'intera periferia dei labirinti o dalle
guarnizioni di protezione.
Lubrificazione della dentatura:
Sulla dentatura deve sempre essere
presente un film di grasso (Fig.B14/2),
lubrificare manualmente con un pennello
(vedere tabella lubrificanti e grassi).

Clean and lubricate the turret's
fifth wheel coupling
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY

INSTRUCTIONS).
Lubrication of rolling system:
The fifth wheel coupling has grease nipples
on the outside (Fig.B14/1) to lubricate the
rolling system.
Clean the grease nipples on the fifth wheel
coupling (Fig.B14/1). Make sure that no
detergent penetrates into the rolling
system or damages the protective seals,
then proceed by lubricating (see lubricant
and grease table) so that a film of fresh
grease appears along the entire edge of the
labyrinths or protective seals themselves.
Toothing lubrication:
There must always be a film of grease on
the toothing (Fig.B14/2). Lubricate by hand
with a brush (see lubricant
and grease table).

Die Turmdrehscheibe reinigen
und schmieren.
Ausleger anheben und Sicherheitskeil auf
die Stange des Hubzylinders legen (siehe: 1 -
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
UND -VORSCHRIFTEN: WARTUNGSHINWEISE
FÜR DEN
TELESKOPLADER).
Schmierung des Wälzsystems:
Die Drehscheibe ist außen mit
Schmiernippeln (Abb.B14/1) für die
Schmierung des Wälzsystems versehen.
Die Schmiernippel auf der Drehscheibe
(Abb.B14/1) reinigen, wobei man darauf
achtet, dass kein Reinigungsmittel in
das Wälzsystem eindringt oder die
Schutzdichtungen beschädigt, die
Schmierung so vornehmen (siehe
Tabelle der Schmiermittel und Fette),
dass man längs des gesamten Umfangs
der Labyrinthdichtungen oder der
Schutzdichtungen einen frischen Fettfilm
austreten sieht.
Schmierung der Verzahnung:
Auf der Verzahnung muss immer ein
Fettfilm vorhanden sein (Abb.B14/2), von
Hand mit einem Pinsel schmieren.
