rocedura di lubrificazione catene di sfilo
stabilizzatori
L'operatore a terra deve :
1-Rimuovere i ripari sugli stabilizzatori per
accedere ai punti di ingrassaggio delle
catene sfilo e rientro della trave
stabilizzatrice.
2-Collegare il tubo prolunga all'ingrassatore
pneumatico (aeropulsometro) o similare.
3-Collegare l'estremità libera al ingrassatore
sullo stabilizzatore,
4-Attivare la pompa di ingrassaggio,
5-Prestare attenzione al movimento dello
stabilizzatore e seguire lo stesso con il
tubo prolunga.
L'operatore in cabina deve:
6-Accelerare il motore termico,
7-Comandare lo sfilo del braccio fino al
raggiungimento della massima
estensione, prestando attenzione alla
posizione dell'operatore a terra
8-Comandare il rientro del braccio fino al
raggiungimento della massima retrazione,
prestando attenzione alla posizione
dell'operatore a terra.
Ripetere la procedura di lubrificazione
catene per ogni braccio stabilizzatore (n.4).

L'operatore a terra deve :

stabilizer and the extension tube.

each stabilizer boom (4)

1-die Schutzbleche auf den Stabilisatoren
entfernen, um Zugriff zu den
Schmierstellen der Ein- und Ausfahrketten
des Stabilisatorbalkens zu erhalten.
2-den Verlängerungsschlauch an das
pneumatische Schmiergerät (Hochdruck-
Abschmiergerät) oder ein ähnliches
anschließen,
3-das freie Ende an die Schmieröffnung
auf dem Stabilisator anschließen,
4-die Schmierpumpe einschalten,
5-auf die Bewegung des Stabilisators
achten und dieser mit dem
Verlängerungsschlauch folgen.
6- Gas geben,
7-den Arm ausfahren, bis die maximale
Länge des Arms erreicht ist, und dabei
auf die Position des Bedieners am Boden
achten
8-den Arm einfahren, bis die maximale
Einziehung des Arms erreicht ist, und
dabei auf die Position des Bedieners am
Boden achten
Das
Kettenschmierverfahren für diesen
Stabilisatorarm wiederholen (4 Stück).
