Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI
MANUTENZIONE

Sostituire l'olio del riduttore rotazione
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta allineata,
su di una superficie piana, rientrare
e sollevare completamente il braccio
telescopico e poi ruotare la torretta a destra
di +/- 60°, per accedere meglio ai punti di
riempimento del riduttore rotazione (fig.
E9); fermare il motore termico e attendere
che si raffreddi l'olio idraulico.
Per la sostituzione dell'olio porre un
recipiente sotto il tappo di scarico principale

(fig.E10), allentarlo e lasciare defluire
l'olio. Rimettere e stringere il tappo di
scarico 1 (fig.E10). Eseguire il riempimento
attraverso
il
foro
2
(fig.E10)
"Lubrificanti").
Controllare il livello tramite l'indicatore
ottico 3 (fig.E10).
Lubrificare i cuscinetti del riduttore con
grasso specifico (vedi "Lubrificanti") tramite
l'ingrassatore 4 (fig.E10).

Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).

Swing reduction unit oil change
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on
a level surface, retract and raise telescopic
boom completely, and then turn the turret
to the right by +/- 60°, for better access to
the rotation reduction gear filling points
(Fig.E10).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the
hydraulic oil to cool down.
To change the oil in the top part, place a
suitable vessel under the main drain plug
1 (fig.E10), loosen this latter and allow the
old oil to drain out. Fit the drain plug 1 (fig.
E10) back on and tighten it. Pour in new oil
through hole 2 (fig.E10) (see "Lubricants").

To lubricate the bearings of the reducer
with specific graese (see "Lubricants")
through greaser 4 (fig.E10).

Ölwechsel Untersetzungsgetriebe der
Rotation durchführen
Den Teleskopstapler mit ausgerichtetem
Turm auf eine ebene Fläche stellen, den
Teleskopausleger
ganz
einfahren
heben und den Turm dann um +/- 60° nach
rechts drehen, um besseren Zugriff zu den
Einfüllstellen des Rotationsgetriebes (Abb.
E10) zu erhalten; den Motor abstellen und
abwarten, dass das Öl sich abkühlt.
Zum Wechseln des Öls im oberen Teil
einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter unter
den Hauptablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E10)
stellen, Ablassstopfen entfernen und das Öl
ablaufen lassen.
Den Ablassstopfen 1 (Abb. E10) wieder
einsetzen und festziehen.
Das Einfüllen erfolgt durch die Öffnung 2
(Abb. E10) (siehe "Schmierstoffe"). Der
Füllstand des Öls ist richtig, wenn das Öl
die Öffnung 3 (Abb. E10) erreicht und
austritt.
Die Lager des Reduzierers mit spezifischer
fett (siehe "Schmierstoffe") bis fettbüchse 4
(fig.E10) schmieren.
