Sostituzione del filtro "DEF"

Se il tappo del serbatoio di "DEF" viene aperto
in presenza di temperature elevate, possono
fuoriuscire vapori di ammoniaca.
I vapori di ammoniaca hanno un odore
pungente e risultano irritanti in particolare
per
- la pelle
- le mucose
- gli occhi
La presenza dei vapori può causare bruciore
agli occhi, al naso e alle cavità orali nonché
tosse e lacrimazione.
Non inalare i vapori di ammoniaca.
Il "DEF" non deve venire a contatto
con la pelle, gli occhi o gli indumenti.
- Se il "DEF" viene a contatto con gli occhi
o la pelle, sciacquare immediatamente e
accuratamente con acqua pulita.
- In caso di ingerimento del "DEF" sciacquare
immediatamente la bocca con abbondante
acqua pulita e bere acqua in abbondanza.
- Sostituire immediatamente gli indumenti
imbrattati con "DEF".
- In caso di reazioni allergiche consultare
immediatamente un medico.
Tenere il "DEF" fuori dalla portata dei
bambini.
Durante l'esercizio e dopo l'arresto del motore
le tubazioni "DEF" e tutti i componenti
collegati restano in pressione e possono
risultare molto caldi. Per tale ragione sussiste
il pericolo di ustioni. Aprendo l'impianto
sussiste il pericolo di ustioni causato dagli
spruzzi di "DEF" ad alta temperatura.
- Iniziare gli interventi sul sistema di
posttrattamento dei gas di scarico non
prima che siano trascorsi almeno 5 minuti
dallo spegnimento del motore.
- Aprire lentamente i raccordi delle tubazioni
e gli elementi di bloccaggio dei componenti
del sistema. Durante l'apertura coprire il
punto di sezionamento con un panno.
- Indossare guanti, indumenti e occhiali
protettivi.
La penetrazione del "DEF" nel circuito
del liquido di raffreddamento (anche in
quantità minima) causa il danneggiamento
dei termostati e dei sensori della temperatura.
- Si raccomanda assolutamente di separare
il "DEF" dagli altri materiali di consumo.
- Non utilizzare gli stessi recipienti e
vaschette di raccolta per il "DEF" e per agli
altri materiali di consumo.
- Non utilizzare materiali di consumo
contenenti tracce di "DEF".
I singoli componenti del sistema Blue-Tec®
reagiscono in modo estremamente sensibile
anche in presenza di tracce minime di
impurità contenute nel "DEF".
- Utilizzare esclusivamente recipienti e
vaschette di raccolta puliti, idonei a contenere
il "DEF".
- Non utilizzare "DEF" contenente
tracce di impurità.

If the "DEF" tank cap is opened at high
temperatures, ammonia vapours may escape.
Ammonia vapours have a pungent odour and
particularly irritate:
- skin
- mucous membranes
- eyes
The vapours may cause a burning sensation
in the eyes, nose and throat as well as irritation
of the throat and watering eyes.
Avoid inhaling ammonia vapours.
"DEF" must not come into contact
with skin, eyes or clothing.
- If "DEF" comes into contact with your eyes or
skin, rinse affected areas with clean water
immediately.
- If "DEF" is swallowed, immediately rinse your
mouth out with a lot of clean water and
drink plenty of water.
- Change clothing that is soiled with "DEF"
immediately.
- If allergic reactions occur, consult a doctor
immediately.
Keep "DEF" out of the reach of
children.
The "DEF" lines and all connected
components are pressurised during operation
and could be hot, even after the engine has
been switched off. There is a risk of burns.
When opening the pressurised system, there
is a risk of scalding due to hot "DEF"
spraying out.
- Wait at least 5 minutes after switching off the
engine before starting work on the exhaust
gas aftertreatment system.
- Open line connections and caps on system
components slowly. Cover the area that you
are disconnecting with a cloth.
- Wear suitable protective gloves, protective
clothing and safety goggles.
If "DEF" gets into the coolant circuit
(even minute amounts), thermostats
and temperature sensors will be damaged.
- Always keep "DEF" completely separate from
other service products.
- Do not use the same containers and fluid
collecting pans for "DEF" and other service
products.
- Do not continue to use service products that
contain traces of "DEF".
Individual components of the BlueTec® system
react very sensitively to even the slightest
trace of impurities in "DEF".
- Only use containers and fluid collecting pans
that are clean and suitable for "DEF".
- Do not continue to use "DEF" which contains
traces of impurities.

Wenn Sie den "DEF" Behälterdeckel bei
hohen
Temperaturen
öffnen,
Ammoniakdämpfe austreten.
Ammoniakdämpfe haben einen stechenden
Geruch und reizen vor allem
- Haut
- Schleimhäute
- Augen
Dadurch kann es zu einem Brennen der Augen,
der Nase und des Rachens sowie zu Hustenreiz
und tränenden Augen kommen.
Atmen Sie austretende Ammoniakdämpfe
nicht ein.
"DEF" darf nicht mit Haut, Augen oder
Bekleidung in Berührung kommen.
- Wenn Sie "DEF" in die Augen oder auf die
Haut bekommen haben, spülen Sie sie sofort
gründlich mit klarem Wasser aus.
- Wenn "DEF" verschluckt wurde, spülen Sie
sofort den Mund mit viel klarem Wasser aus
und trinken Sie reichlich Wasser.
- Wechseln Sie mit "DEF" verschmutzte
Kleidung sofort.
- Wenn allergische Reaktionen auftreten,
suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf.
Halten Sie "DEF" von Kindern fern.
Die "DEF" Leitungen und alle damit
verbundenen Bauteile stehen während des
Betriebs und auch noch nach dem Abstellen
des Motors unter Druck und können heiß sein.
Dadurch besteht Verbrennungsgefahr. Beim
Öffnen
des
Leitungssystems
Verbrühungsgefahr durch herausspritzendes
heißes "DEF".
-Beginnen Sie frühestens nach 5 Min. nach
dem Abstellen des Motors mit Arbeiten am
Abgasnachbehandlungssystem.
-Öffnen
Sie
Leitungsanschlüsse
Verschlüsse
an Systemkomponenten langsam.
Die Trennstelle beim Öffnen mit Lappen
abdecken.
-Tragen Sie geeignete Schutzhandschuhe,
Schutzkleidung und eine Schutzbrille.
Wenn "DEF" in den Kühlmittelkreislauf
gelangt (auch geringste Mengen), werden
Thermostate
und
Temperatursensoren
beschädigt.
- Trennen Sie "DEF" strikt von anderen
Betriebsstoffen.
- Verwenden Sie nicht die gleichen Behältnisse
und Auffangwannen für "DEF" und andere
Betriebsstoffe.
- Verwenden Sie Betriebsstoffe, die Spuren von
"DEF" enthalten nicht weiter.
Einzelne Komponenten des BlueTec® Systems
reagieren schon auf kleinste Spuren
von Verunreinigungen im "DEF"
sehr empfindlich.
- Verwenden Sie ausschließlich saubere
und für "DEF" geeignete Behältnisse und
Auffangwannen.
- Verwenden Sie "DEF", das Spuren von
Verunreinigungen enthält, nicht weiter.
