WARRANTY | GUARANTEE
1. WARRANTY
You can raise warranty claims within a period of at most 2 years starting on the purchasing date.
The warranty is limited to repair or exchange of the damaged part/bicycle, at our discretion. Our
warranty services are always free of charge to you. However, they are not available if any other
defects other than defects of material and craftsmanship are found.
WARRANTY AGAINST FRAME/FORK BREAK
We offer a 10-year-warranty against breaking of the frame and fork. The warranty shall com-
mence on the purchasing date. If the fork or frame break, we offer exchange of the E-bike or a
credit, after deduction of a usage flat-rate upon submission of the receipt. The amount of the us-
age fee depends on how long ago you bought your E-bike. However, the warranty shall not apply
if other defects other than defects of material and craftsmanship are found.
WARRANTY FOR THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
We grant a warranty of 2 years for the proper function of the rechargeable battery. The warranty
shall commence on the purchasing date. The warranty is limited to repair or exchange of the re-
chargeable battery, at our discretion. The warranty service is always free of charge to you. How-
ever, the warranty shall not apply if other defects other than defects of material and craftsman-
ship are found. Wear-related changes, such as capacity reductions, shall be expressly excluded
from the warranty.
2. The claim to warranty or guarantee must be documented by the purchaser by submitting the pur-
chasing receipt.
3. The fault and its causes are always examined by our customer service. The parts exchanged in
the scope of the warranty or guarantee shall become our property.
4. In case of justified warranty or guarantee claims, the costs of shipping and costs for removal and
installation shall be at our expense.
5. If the E-bike has been changed by third parties or by installation of third-party parts, or if any de-
fects that occurred are originally connected to the change, the warranty and guarantee claim
shall expire. It shall also expire if the provisions in the operating instructions regarding use and
treatment of the bicycle were not observed.
This shall specifically apply to intended use, care and maintenance instructions.
6. The warranty and guarantee shall not include:
